    I introduced both the cleanser and cerave hydrating toner into my routine, my face got dried and super oily in less than a week. Getting better now that I’ve stopped both

      Yes sounds like too much for your skin, impaired skin barrier. Foaming cleansers are not for everyone xx have you tried any of their other cleansers?

    How long should it stay on your face before you runse it off?

      Work into the skin for a good minute and then rinse off

      How many times a day are you washing? You on,y need to wash your face at night. You can just use water in the morning.
