What an epic film. Well done guys. I love your tackle now. I remember watching the videos 20 years ago wanting to get out there but couldn’t make it happen. Congratulations and continue to inspire a innovative
absolutely amazing first episode, epic footage especially the underwater shots! and scott being there from the start and you guys bringing him back for this journey i think makes it that bit more special! proud to be an aussie fisho, unreal guys 🤙🏼🤙🏼
@@NomadTackle absolutely mate. Been a supporter since the beginning and seen the work that goes into them 👌🏻 hopefully one day there will be NOMAD Tackle manufacturing tours 😉
Great video and bought back memories of my trip out to Frederick Reef about 15 years ago. We stopped at Elusive Reef(I think) on the way out .Wahoo fishing at Frederick was insane and remember us taking our hooks off the lures as we had exhausted ourselves on the wahoo and just teased them around the boat. My other great memory was that I really wanted to catch a Yellowfin on a popper. Well by lunchtime on the first time I had caught six !!.Spectacular anchorage. Great memories
watching from Puerto Rico as we load gear and get ready to head down to the marina for a fishing trip this afternoon. We'll be running a spread of Nomad Madmacs and DTX minnows looking for yellowfin and wahoo. Thanks for the inspirational video!! The crew is pumped and ready to go!
Also watching from Puerto Rico. Great video. But, did you notice the transom of the tender. It says: Fajardo, P.R. My son and I were in shock since this was shot in the Coral Sea according to the description. What are the odds @nomaddesign.
Remembering Mogi San from that intro scene dropping a couple of big tuna on a Smith Nagamasa with big treble attached just before before landing that massive doggy....epic!
What a amazing episode to you and the team. I am itching for the episode. Will they be released weekly? Will each episode feather different lures and how to use them? so many questions and my head is exploding with excitement. Woot woot Amazing story I couldn't help but be sucked in to the screen.
wow! Great series and looking forward to seeing more. I've caught a few nice Spanish on the t\Madmac in the 'hot pink mackerel" colour. I'd love to troll a little faster to target the Wahoo. so I guess Madscad it is! :)
Greetings from America. Thanks for the memories. I fished with you back in May of 2011. Caught a lot of GTs. I am dying to go again. Are you restarting charters?
Haha you never know. We had some fun on those May trips the GT fishing was insane. Still just as good. We just filmed some episodes in that exact location so stand by to relive those memories.
Man that looks like fun. I went out with you guys in 2017 at the ribbon reefs. Unfortunately the weather was shit and we could fish at all the whole time. I will definitely be back to fish that area. That being said, I use quite a bit of nomad tackle up here in Alaska. Works very well
@NomadTackle besides the weather not allowing any days of fishing , I have no other complaints. I guess there are worse places to be stranded than a nice cove near lizard island for 5 days.
Guys, your presentation looks amazing. I am looking forward to trolling an all Nomad spread here in NC starting next month! What underwater video gear are you using? And are these all 50 size reels? Even when you are pulling 4 (Two off of the riggers)?
what line did you use and as well whats the reel max drag ? cause that looks like a really big reel. And last but not least, what was the time of the day and depth where you had the most bites? There is a Wahoo tournament next month in Belize , so all good tips are welcome. And we are definetly using our Nomad Lures !!!
Funny enough about the same. These areas don’t get any pressure. Literally nobody goes here because it’s so remote so the sharks are pretty much unchanged
We used a lot of different rods and reels on this trip. Lots of Penn 30w and custom trolling rods but used a lot of our nomad spin and jig rods as well
Made my back hurt watchin' ol' boy nail one wahoo after the next, sweeeeet!
The stuff you dream of!! Awesome job guys, can’t wait for the next episode 🙏🏼
Thanks for watching plenty more to come
Incredible video! The underwater footage was epic. Can’t wait to see the next one! 🎣
Coming soon!
Trolled my first MadScad today and I am hooked! The action on that lure is unreal!
Thanks for the support that madscad 190AT is a wahoo and tuna slayer. Incredible action and hard to believe what it does even when you see it

Iokwe Scott! from the Marshall Islands!
wow! Great series and looking forward to seeing more. I've caught a few nice Spanish on the t\Madmac in the 'hot pink mackerel" colour. I'd love to troll a little faster to target the Wahoo. so I guess Madscad it is! :)
Yeah they both work well on the wahoo👍

Amazing to hear from a Nomad sportfishing guest!
@NomadTackle besides the weather not allowing any days of fishing , I have no other complaints. I guess there are worse places to be stranded than a nice cove near lizard island for 5 days.
I don’t even fish and I was thoroughly entertained
That’s so cool. Exactly what we are aiming for
Brilliant video - who built the mothership ? Sweet looking little ship
It’s a 10 year old boat we spent the past 2 years getting setup to go and do this series. It’s quite unique with the fuel storage etc it has.
Will there be a part two for this video?
There is a whole series being filmed currently, keep an eye out on socials and be sure to subscribe.
If u cud put a serious tag of incredible on something.... this would be it..❤❤
🍿
Epic!
Vow!!!
Used them off beach and boat with good results
I remember Scott and Malaysia team Mr Wong with big Odyssey big boat
Fun times that’s for sure
Guys, your presentation looks amazing. I am looking forward to trolling an all Nomad spread here in NC starting next month!
What underwater video gear are you using? And are these all 50 size reels? Even when you are pulling 4 (Two off of the riggers)?
Yeah all 30 and 50 size reels. The 30w size are fine for any who fishing with lures.
🍿🍿🍿🙌
I tried and tested the product, one of the best and advanced gears! Do you provide dealership in India
Not yet but let us know if you have contacts
Hi mate, great job, beautiful vidéo, what rod and reel did you use ?
Thanks
Hi, thanks for the feedback - Penn Internations 50 and 70 - Penn Ocean Assasin rods

Were you using all mono leaders or wire??
Mixture of both but mostly using short 3-4ft single strand wire leader.
Thank you awesome video

What song plays in the background
My dream job
Would those lures work for 50 kg king fish?
Yes, absolutely
@ nice ill test , any recommendation ? I mostly troll them on live bait
Damn you had to go that far out to find fish that would eat them?
High speed trolling is the best way to fish yahoo... they like fast moving baits...
looks like you snagged the first one and then took a photo with the lure hanging out of its mouth...
Back stories and acting? F’n fishing video not up for academy’s!😂
Yeah but the backstory is kinda the whole point. The fishing action is just filler 😮 ooh did we just say that……
I bet the shark problem is soo much worse than 20yrs ago
Funny enough about the same. These areas don’t get any pressure. Literally nobody goes here because it’s so remote so the sharks are pretty much unchanged
We have a solution to prevent reels from going overboard. @reeldefender
It was tied on so all good but your solution looks great thanks
Well done guys! Couldnt have picked a better team to run the nomad business!
We have an amazing team. 🙏There’s a heap of awesome people have gone into making all this happen. Huge effort and 2 years in the making.
Hi mate, great job, beautiful vidéo, what rod and reel did you use ?
Thanks
Penn International Reels 30 and 70w spooled with 80lb & 100lb hollow core braid, Penn ocean assassin rods 24kg and 37kg
