@Truthfears Guilty pay what bill? its free where im from
Truthfears Guilty
shut up idiot. Nice empty argument. Single payer healthcare is waaay cheaper on society than the criminal system in America that enriches only the insurance elites. Are you one of them or one of the brain dead sheep? 40 thousand Americans die every year from preventable disease. Number 1 cause of bankruptcy in America is healthcare. Healthcare remains the top issue for Americans. If America had a true democracy we would have a more humane healthcare system. But for you anything that helps the people is bad, but corporate subsidies are good? Are you part of the 80% of Americans living paycheck to paycheck? Or some insurance lobbyists. Maybe just a lost sheep. Don’t respond just leave smh
@Truthfears Guilty At the end of the day im going to the hospital and not worrying about any bills maybe for parking and watching Tv. While you are worrying about where to get $400,000 for a new Kidney (this is just an example)
@Truthfears Guilty looool brah you do know that doesnt make any sens right? These are Canadas top exports Mineral fuels including oil: US$84.6 billion (20.1% of total exports)
Vehicles: $62.3 billion (14.8%)
Machinery including computers: $32.4 billion (7.7%)
Gems, precious metals: $18.6 billion (4.4%)
Wood: $14.1 billion (3.3%)
Electrical machinery, equipment: $13 billion (3.1%)
by banning Canada's imports will just hurt Americans sooo that will never happen...
Canada has 20 percent of the planet’s freshwater.......good luck doing anything without fresh water
@Truthfears Guilty LOOOL you are soo bad at chirping....Lets put it this way, America is like a movie to the rest of us around the world. We just sit back have our popcorn and beer not that water down shit you guys serve to each other and watch you guys burn your own cities down while singing "The land of the free and the home of the brave!" Your're so cute kiddo now team to pay your hospital bill.....$100,000,000 im sure you can afford that "land of the F___"

Dude looked like Jeff Jarrett
Great value Gordon Ramsay

Lol! @low budget Gordon Ramsay
Dam
The owner changed my moms flat tire for her when she had dinner there! Really down to earth people
This looks like a very average steakhouse lmao
Seems perfect for him. The second most popular feature of his life after being successful. He's down to earth, eats Dairy Queen, and seems like someone who you could have a beer with and not want to constantly roll your eyes.
Andrew C Beers taste like piss

@@EastofVictoriaPark He does own Dairy Queen tho xD...
@blue copper I'm starting to understand why. When you invest money and start getting cash flow, you start to think everything else you purchase as an opportunity cost. Go to a restaurant every weekend? You could have saved that money and put it into something that will pay you dividends every quarter. Buy a Lambo? That car is bleeding value every mile you drive in it, whereas putting that money into bond coupons will generate cash flow for you.
It’s definitely nothing flashy. Just a nice simple spot to grab a bite to eat. We actually got to interview the owner and he had some crazy stories to tell.
If you bought 1 share of Berkshire Hathaway in 1980 it would cost $300. Today that 1 share would be worth $255,555.
PCgeek if you bought one bitcoin for 0.06 in 2009 it (at one point this year) would've been worth €2,650. That is a much bigger percentage increase
but also a complete gamble.
if you bet correctly on FX every single time, you'd be even richer than with bitcoin!!!! HOLYSHIT!
Imagine some of the people who bought a few hundred bucks worth of bitcoin back in 2010, damn they are now rich.
Baghuul When Bitcoin was worthless and meaningless, someone paid 10,000 Bitcoin for a pizza delivery....
PCgeek how much is one ethereum worth. I want to invest in that
One of the few Omaha steak houses left when there used to be a dozen or more notable ones. Ate there in December and the food was very good and the potions large. Filled me up. The lot is always mostly full whenever I drive past in the evening.
Looks like IHOP cooked that steak.

Billionaires are still normal people in the end who are satisfied with the regular things in life. Trump doesnt always dine fancy, loves his McD
...i was just about to say that ...TOOK WORDS...right ...outta My Mouth...thief'''
@Steven Moore I guess they do that too...just quietly...not all billionaires have no heart to help those in need. Its not an achievement but just like any one of us who frequently regular favorite joints from time to time.
@Steven Moore why don't you feed the starving people in Africa ? Good luck with that...it's endless despite many sincere efforts.
Except Warren is actually a billionaire unlike trump.
To be fair thats all trump can really afford with his inflated and fraudulent net worth and massive debt mountain.
Huh. And here I was thinking rich people only ate diamond crusted baby whale wrapped in a one million dollar bill with golden unicorn blood drizzled on top. I guess they're normal people after all.
Malcolm thats for show off fake billionaire... Real billionaire is like warren buffet
Speaking as one of the first trillionaires, I can asure you we have much simpler tastes. We just like human blood. And no, we don't sparkle like in Twilight.
Warren eats McDonalds every day, I'm surprised he's relatively healthy...
.
They do but not on Fridays.
My parents had their first dinner date at Gorats back in 1972. They used to take my sister and me there for special occasions.
That sear looked weak.
I was thinking: Did they boil that steak?
Do you think they did flat top grill or broil
@@tomrutter1637 lol. Dito

agree that steak didn’t look too appetizing. definitely pan fried/seared tho
It looks amazing. Also the restaurant atmosphere looks cozy too
It isn't. There are way way way better places in town to get a really good steak.

I live in south Omaha not too far from it and once I farted in that room and closed the door. 🤭
True story.
Hehe😂😂😂😂
I like the fact that Warren has his own small enclosed dining space. Outstanding 😎 One thing I've read and seen in documentaries, is that Warren doesnt eat salads or vegetables...hmmm, interesting 😊
hells bells, the man deserves a bit of privacy, even on an evening out.
1:15 Colonel Sanders
Hey, my grandma used to work here!
They never reviewed the food. A friend of mine and I ate there 2 years ago. Worst steak experience of my life. The meat was chewy and poorly grilled. The mashed potatoes were cold. The gravy for the potatoes was so cool it never leveled out in the bowl and the glazed carrots looked and tasted like their mound shape was maintained with enough cornstarch to hang a picture on the wall. By far a "never eat there" recommendation. As well, let it be know, Warren Buffet is a brilliant, brilliant investor whose life story I love reading about but he's no food connoisseur.
I live in Omaha, I actually lived a block away from Gorats Steakhouse. What people are forgetting is Warren enjoys a Traditional place he attended over the years that brings comfort and happiness as well as great steaks. They have a kitchen in the lower level where they butcher there own meat, that is so sanitized and clean, ya wouldn’t believe it. Also Omaha has the best tasting steaks than other states. In my opinion the grass fed or rice fed cows ,that to me is just horrible tasting. So Berkshire Hathaway has been a tradition every year at Gorats! I understand Warren Buffets choice.
I go there every year the Thursday night before the shareholders meeting that takes place on Saturday morning. Great place!
Was it crowded? Did you have to reserve your table?
I find it interesting, how a guy can have so much but find joy in such a small thing.
I've been to this restaurant while he was here before!
Crawford is from there too... ok. I have to visit this place.
Warren never misses the buffet..
I have seen Warren Buffet eating at Omaha Prime, over there in the Old Market several years ago.
The fact that Warren Buffett eats there means little to me. Your review is what matters.
Warren also eats McDonalds. He's also a billionaire and he can do whatever he wants.

Gorat's is good, but I like Anthony's better!! They're the two remaining restaurants of the great, old time Italian steakhouses that Omaha used to have! There were literally dozens of them. All because of the Omaha Stockyards, the largest of its kind the world ever saw.
Gorat's is probably still in business only because of Warren's patronage. (Many people suspect he owns a piece of it too.)
Likewise the Omaha World-Herald, because of Warren's nostalgic streak... He likes thumbing through a paper newspaper.
Jetta Driver nah piccolos was my favorite to bad it closed
Jetta Driver Yeah i suppose with the drek DQ it killed off Goodrich which use to be an institution. With all his billions why did he not save Indian Hills Cinema, too?
Brother Sebastian's?!
...WHY NO-One mentions ...KANSAS...Where all the BEEF...is coming ...from...
"LITTLE FRANKS" was near the stockyards with black & white cowhide upholstery on the booth seats. Cowboy fresh from the aution would come in to eat.
Very nice
How would one get this job? I want to travel around and eat for a living too!
Hi, is there potatoes with steak? If so somebody could tell me how to cook like That, please?
#backintheday It was very common to see Warren Buffet hanging around Omaha. He was always approachable and friendly.
I ate at Gorat's back in 2010. The steak I had was a good piece of meat, nicely seasoned, and cooked properly. On the other hand, the side dishes were lackluster. The green beans tasted like they were canned, rather than fresh.
Now, I believe that Gorat's changed hands about 5 years ago, and the menu got overhauled. So, I suspect that things have improved.
Now, as to why Warren eats like a 6-year old. He studied actuarial tables and learned that 6-year olds have the longest life expectancy. So, he eats like one.
As an actuarial analyst, I can’t tell if that quote is a joke or serious haha
@@Seethi_C I think it's a bit of both. I watched a documentary on Warren, and he almost always stops at McDonald's for breakfast on the way to the office.
It looks to be a reasonably priced American diner. There is better, but this can still hit the spot.
@@dallinlutz3657 overpriced for american chemical crap u call food
he is legendary on stock market ,, mr warren buffet
What toilet paper brand did he use? i think people is very interested about that
That’s why he’s a millionaire, he’s frugal on his spending and shrewd on his investments.
millionaire? he has 80,000 millions
0:51 what a coincidence, he was there when you guys were filming, look behind him
The content and context of this video just went straight over 99% of the comments section's heads. ZOOOOM!
I love this T-bon, it's look pertect wow
They finally updated.
Is the owner from Kazakhstan?
How much does it cost?
Weird. My meal usually costs more than Warren's when I go out. Around 30 bucks for a 32 oune prime rib.
He got a 22 oz t-bone. Different amount, different cut.
I’ve lived in Omaha for three year its by far the worst state I’ve lived when it comes to food I have yet to find a restaurant that I can say this is great food
Such big steak for one person? How much protein do people need everyday?
Its rawwwwwe
Will this meal give me the ability to predict the future?
Came here from New Zealand. It's nothing to get excited about. The barman hadn't heard of Lemon lime and bitters. Good food overall.
Buffet is one gangster type of dude.
In my country that steak, is only for upper 1-2% people, the size is for full 3 times eating, so cut into 3 servings hahaha
Oh man! @ 90 he's having the diet as if he's @ 19.
God is kind enough to give him good health, so that he can create more wealth for his shareholders.
that blonde man looks like doug demuro
So this is the famous steak Buffet likes. Let's check out its quirks and features!
I was thinking Will Ferrill.
It looks exactly like a Tbone with hash browns at Denny's
Yeah and tastes nothing like it
As an omaha native this is bizarrely natural to me.
Eating a seemingly common man’s once in awhile nice meal, I was wondering when his billionaire tendencies would kick in then BAM-a purposely sectioned off private sitting area just for him.
I wish I could afford a 22oz everyday
Tbf most celebraties want a private room so people won't bother them especially when they are eating
@@rodneydsouza2454 Not to mention, Buffett's definitely NOT known to be extroverted
I’m from Omaha and this place is right down the street. It’s fancy or top quality by any means lol
Interesting
Hash Browns with steak? What about the traditional baked potato?
What about it?
I didn't know Borat opened a restaurant in the US!
Price of that steak 🥩?
That private little room is called the the "Buffett Room". 😆
Warren Buffet hard work paying off
Is that furious pete
the thing that warren likes most about gorats is that it’s normal, it’s good food and a good environment, his other favorite steak place was call piccolos, it unfortunately closed down though. in my opinion piccolos was better but 🤷🏻♀️
Looks tasty well done please
Hungry now.
1) I like the smaller portions of steak I grill at home just fine.
Hash browns seems like an odd side to me, but to each his own.
2) Does Buffet really order a 22oz portion?
Anything over 6oz is pushing it for me and I don't eat "like a bird".
1. ok
2. How would any viewer know?? lol
Warren Buffet watch Sopranos so he know the ending quite well. -Midnight Train to anywhere
Looks damn good
I think he is a very all time customer
So is the knife edible?
I went there
If you have not tried Omaha steaks yet, you got to try them. Finest US beef comes from Omaha, Nebraska.
I'm sure he didn't tip
is it compulsory to tip?
No, it's mandatory, you Canadian.
Brad K no it's not.
Duh.
Don Won nobody has a gun to my head saying I need to tip on shitty service. I've walked out before when servers ignored me.
Steak and Potatoes. . . Keeps him Strong. ! ! !
Did they drive there in a Tesla?
Why
No ketchup for the hash browns ?
They really do have the best steaks.
That wot I be meesing lovly testy us steck if is Omaha or Las Vegas we play in Omaha poker and Howe Texas stek,
I've been to Omaha a few times but never knew about this restaurant. I'll be sure to go next time. It looks nice.
What about dessert? Famous Vanilla ice cream float for dessert?
Last year i was a bus boy at the restaurant ,, Warren came up to me and gave me a $1 tip
GO GO !!!!!
Hash browns for the win
I have no clue how this guy is still alive
Was that a porterhouse?
Is it Borat's steakhouse? 🤔
Warren Buffet drinks water
Every other billionaires also drink water
Water is what billionaires drink
I drink water
I must be drinking like a billionaire!
The cheapest way to eat a T-bone is; you buy and cook it yourself, it is super good!
Because of the Omaha Stockyards and slaughterhouses, Omaha had DOZENS of great family-owned steakhouses.
All of them are gone now except for Gorat's and Anthony's.
I like steak and shake
I was expecting a Buffet
Buffet: sold it, next...
