You should make a pan of the salsbury steak and divide it up into single servings and freeze for your meals when Mr Wayna is not there or you are eating at different times. It looked delicious.

When I make Salisbury steak I also make two small meatloafs, meatballs and meat sauce! Freeze all but the Salisbury steak. It really helps cooking time! 🥰💕

It’s almost liken to a thin crust pizza. Less of the “bread” means less Carb even if it’s not intentional using a low carb tortilla.. looks yummy 😋

I make my Salisbury Steaks 2 ways. One is very similar to yours with mushrooms and the other way is with just with lots of sliced onions in the gravy. I never tried to make them as a freezer meal. But I am now. Thank you I love your freezer meal ideas.

I have two teen boys living with me so I am going to do both the pizza and Salisbury steak. I am sure they will love both. I have to tell you a funny thing. I will set the timer on my stove so I don't forget something then go and watch you tube. I have often seen you start your oven. Then I will hear a beeping noise and I wonder why you aren't putting your stuff in the oven. Then the beeping will happen again. That is when I realize it is my timer so I run to the kitchen. It seems like it only happens when I watch your channel. I told my co-workers this happens to me and of they hooted with laughter.

Oh what nice recipes Renae for your house and your daughters. She's got a great mom but she knows that. Your one in a million. I do a salisbury close to yours. Hamb., onion.tiny bit beef bouillon,Worcestershire sauce,salt and pepper. Cook patties till browned. Then add brown gravy and mushrooms,tad extra water. Simmer til thik and done. Freeze them for quick nights too.

We love making these. I use the gluten free tortillas for mine and they come out great! My husband uses the regular flour ones. I brush a little olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder on one side and pre bake it for just about 3 minutes and it gets it a bit crispier and holds up nicely with all the toppings. I load the other side with all kinds of things, and heat just until the cheese is melted. Barbecue chicken pizza is delish!

I use the tortillas that are 45-50 calories and are low carb. I use white and wheat and spinach if they have any at the store.
I can make my own but there not the low carb. I’ll have to figure out what to use to make tortillas low carb.

Been doing hamburger gravy over 4 decades I love adding onions and salt and pepper Mrs Dash! Yummy!! My family loves my cooking! Cooking for 50 years, started when I was 11 back then that was something with a oven you had to lit!
Hi Renee, I always make tortilla pizza. I don't know why but I never thought about freezing them. Definitely going to do some ahead for the freezer. The only thing I do different is spray the pan before baking then the crust gets nice and crispy. Loving your videos!

I loved your pizza idea so I stopped the video and went and made me a tortilla pizza .. did it in the air fryer.. 8 min @400*.. in stead of using pizza sauce I used salsa.. yum.. great idea..

Did the video show the temperature and length of time for the tortilla pizzas? Do you need to thaw them completely before baking, if frozen?
Hi Renea and John! I get the low carb tortillas at Aldi’s, they taste as good as the regular tortillas. Everything looked delicious, but I love mushrooms and would be adding them in the Salisbury Steak. I’m not a fan of the microwave either. My daughter wasn’t happy with me when mine quit working and I wouldn’t replace it. Have a blessed day!
