Prince “ talks about importance of having a team that works together on the ground aswell as the professionals in the “back office”. Back office review work and quality control, use construction methodology to oversee any changes, educate and bring everything together.
We always produce a work schedule to ensure every detail is planned in. Having oversight in how it all ties in together eg- the landscaping in this project and keeping in mind the building requirement eg filling and ensuring floor height is higher above the land. We planned in the retaining wall for the landscaping weatherproofing.
Nikki “ whilst doing the process always hold in mind the structural integrity and the final design concept when making changes. You need to look at all of this as one. This saves time and money making corrections.
