Thanks for showing some alternatives to a whole lot of meat eating when visiting Jamaica. Most of the time the meat dishes are promoted and celebrated and people do not know that there are alternatives things to eat.
Yes true! I actually barely ate any meat in Jamaica apart from in soups. There are great Rasta/Ital and even 7th day adventist veggie restaurants in every main town

Dude! You need to make some changes if you want your channel to grow! 1-Stop talking so fast in run on sentences 2- when listing food on plate let it stay on screen long enough so viewers can see what's on the plate/screen 3- most importantly SLOW DOWN... GEEEEESSSSSH!!!
Hi. Just came across your channel where in p/a. , did you stay? Keep up the good work nice to c young people doing something positive. I'll be watching more beautiful places u visit.
I've watched a few of these videos and quite enjoyed them. but Riaz - you're natural conversational voice is great. no need to change to that monotone, almost disaffected voice (which obvs you're not) when you're narrating / dubbing over the visuals. slow down a bit too. maybe let the people who are cooking list out the ingredients as well. Like i know for a fact we don't eat 'bean sprouts' or cook with celery in Jamaica (this was in another video). keep up the good works and showcasing our beautiful island.
lizzy brown : Don't generalize unless you have been to all Jamaican homes. Some Jamaicans do use bean sprout and celery in their cooking. In fact, they are also grown in some places.
Theses videos just have this old school vibes that take you back to the 1970’s when Life was really good here in the Caribbean. A simpler more beautiful time when we all lived as one in unity. Nothing but good vibes from watching these videos that make me miss some of my childhood 🙏🏽
