Looping the ghost helps to figure out oni phantom obake jinn hantu poltergeist and moroi
Moroi is pretty easy on 0 or low sanity though, since he will move fast or faster the lower your sanity is. Some of the average speed ghosts are easy to identify, it's just some of them require multiple hunts.

Sure we can play some insanity mode sometime. I'm just waiting for the new update to drop actually. So I'll mostly be doing no exp runs until then.
