Stanford Pioneering Women I

A group of Stanford women faculty members -- Leonore A. Herzenberg (Medical School - Genetics); Marion Lewenstein (Communication); Eleanor Emmons Maccoby (Psychology); Nancy Huddleston Packer (English) -- discuss how they came to work at Stanford and the family situations they found themselves in when they began their careers. They discuss the hard work and dedication necessary to pave the way for female representation in the academia. Barbara Babcock moderated the conversation.
