Snowshoe, WV: Ballhooter lift

This 1997 Garaventa-CTEC Stealth II high-speed quad replaced a Thiokol triple which was one of the original lifts from 1974. It is the main egress lift from the rest of Snowshoe Mountain, terminating at the village. Being the only egress lift (sorry, Grabhammer), lines can get very long. It is 3168 feet long, has a vertical rise of 698 ft, and has a 2400 pph capacity. There are 71 chairs and 13 towers. Estimated speed is 850 fpm.
*Sorry about the last-minute cancellation this morning. I wasn't satisfied with the audio situation at the beginning. I also sped it up a small notch to make it faster, because it wasn't running full speed.

Last night I had a dream that I was riding a detachable triple with the same name as this lift and the chairs looked the same as this lift but it was a triple and it was sideways and I was riding it with you and your brother and it didn’t go so well we didn’t even ski down we just rode the lift down and riding it down went worse than up and apparently there were papers at the bottom for if the experience was bad and I think from the experience you got mad from it because you grabbed a paper real quick and slammed it to the ground and your brother was on the ground signing it and apparently I got my finished school work from the past. The End.😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

This lift only runs at 800 fpm. To reduce lines at this lift, I think Powder Monkey should be replaced with a high speed quad. It serves some of the same terrain.

It ran faster my first time visiting Snowshoe. I agree that Powder Monkey needs an upgrade, but this is the sole egress lift if you want to get back to the village. It runs in the summer to provide access to the lake, so a chondola could possibly work, and the current lift could go to Powder Monkey.
Plus, I sped up the video by a half-step to make it seem faster.
