New A/C Compressor and Component Kit from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ib/1AAC...
This video shows you how to install an AC compressor on your 2007-2012 Nissan Altima.
The AC compressor circulates refrigerant under pressure throughout your car or truck's air conditioning system. Through age or faults in other components, the compressor can burn out and stop working.
PLEASE NOTE: Before attempting this repair, have your AC system's refrigerant properly removed by a qualified technician.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
2007 Nissan Altima
2008 Nissan Altima
2009 Nissan Altima
2010 Nissan Altima
2011 Nissan Altima
2012 Nissan Altima

Excellent video. Extremely well shot and informative. Please continue to make such videos.
Thanks for filming and sharing this.
I have learned so much, especially that I will most likely have someone else do this for me hah!
And this is why I don’t work on cars way to many steps and little pieces to remember how to put it back together not to mention I definitely don’t have the patience for it. Much respect to all mechanics yall the truth!
+@steam3594 Thanks for watching our video! 1aau.to/m/Shop-TRQ

Nissan altima has to be worse car to work on.. lol
This videos making me want to sell it.
nice job
The Nissan dealership said my 2012 Altima compressor and condenser are out. Can I follow this process to do the compressor and then another to replace the condenser?
+@benjaminmorris1424 The part in this video fits your application, and the install should be the same or similar. Buy this part on 1AAuto.com: 1aau.to/m/Shop-TRQ
What does this have to do with the ac unit?
You never talked about adding oil
How much does this job cost to have done at a shop?
About how much does a job like this cost at a shop?
No mention about depresuring lines before anything, or verifying if ac has refrigerant oil.
Disappointed
You, and everyone else who makes videos on Altimas, need to stop titling things, “How to replace X on 2008-2012 Nissan Altima,” and be more specific on whether it’s automatic/manual and 4 cylinder/V6. All Altimas in that timeframe are not created equal. This is completely different from a 2008 3.5SE coupe manual transmission Altima. I’ve had to sift through so many useless videos, because of this.
