We love you Rhonda!!! Thanks for being real to country and all that you did to preserve it. ! We love your amazing voice which could have conquered all but you chose the real music over monies . Your voice is unreal and beautiful, thank you for all you do !!
Oh, Rhonda! This "Ham Salad" was served at just about every Bible School meal I ever attended! I remember you making "Carmel dumplings" one time when our family came to see ya'll. You couldn't have been more than 12 years old. I still have the recipe you gave me years later.
Rhonda...my Grandmama was from Michigan and she called it "ground meat". I make up a big batch and freeze it in smaller ziploc bags for later. And she always made it out of "you chunk" bologna from the deli, lol
this is really a great video, as well as your others. it makes you as a real person and not just an entertainer. it would also be great to see you and your daughters where able to make something in the kitchen together. love all you do .
Rhonda... "you're the cat's meow girl"! I'm only sad by the fact I didn't hear about you until late life when a friend's intro'd you to me! I grew up on "fried bologna" sandwiches with onions & mayo! YUM!
Hey Rhonda! I don't know how you do your eggs but, if you get your water boiling first and then dissolve a couple of teaspoons of baking soda in the boiling water and then carefully drop your eggs in, they will peel MUCH easier!
Bologna is what we used too but had to grind in one of those old iron food mill. I do have the chopper and will use it now. I make my eggs in a Dash cooker and works really well. I also have gloves made for not hurting my hand when I use knife or that darn blade which is sharp. Yep, Miracle Whip. Yummy.
This is the first recipes that I have found that uses the same ingredients that my grandmother used. She used the old fashioned metal meat grinders that you screw onto the table. I still have it. Also we use miracle whip in everything. Hate mayo. In my grandmother's day they didn't have all the different salad dressings so she put miracle whip on her salads.
use real mayo, relish measured out instead of sweet pickles.. if you need to.. add Stevia.. works great and net carbs is LOW. Have you heard of Josephs Lavash "bread" or Pitas? they have em at Walmart . if you toast the lavash it makes great crackers.. spray both sides with oil toss cut into squares with a pizza cutter and bake til crispy..
That is a new use for bologna to me great idea, mine would be fried bologna ham salad recipe my friends said I would eat cardboard if it was fried lol.
My family in Wisconsin always made bologna salad but used "ring bologna". i have been having trouble finding it in Florida. I will have to try it your way.
The real personification of this woman is totally believable! That is why I like her so much! So real yet so talented and so much fun to listen to her, in song or in the kitchen. She still has a Hamilton Beach food processor, folks! Money is just a thing to her. Good ol Missouri gal....like my dear wife.
Hey gf....this video reminded me of when you were rocking your keurig...lol. We are gonna have to make this for you next time we meet up.....I could prolly make it....hahaha 😂🤣
you have to peel the eggs when they are freshly boiled. That's how my mom taught me to make deviled eggs. Otherwise if you let them cool down or put them in the refrigerator then it's hard to get the membrane and the shell apart from the edible part. Just FYI 👍
You sing like one of God's angels and I know God's proud of you and I'm proud of you I love your music I love your songs and I know God's proud of you keep up the good work God bless you and God bless our President Trump
What happened to the directions I gave for unshelling eggs 🥚. Did you get it? Okay ... bye c u later in Kirksville. There is a Kirksville bumper sticker on my mini van. I bought a burger 🍔 near that mall along US 24 in june this year. Didn't think of you at all. Sorry. Hope you are well. Get your own burger.

Peeling under running water, or in a bowl of water makes a big difference as well
I steam them right out of the fridge for 13 min. The rapid temp change causes the membrane shrink and separate.
Turn the jar upside down and gently bump the edges around the lid on a solid surface. You will hear the vacuum let go then it is easy to open
Recipe i been looking for. Just like moms.
Steam boil your eggs they peel super easy. Steamer basket type pot.
