As a season pass holder lately we’re getting the feeling that the Disney magic is gone in a lot of places. Not all, but a lot.
We went to EPCOT today just for Sunshine Seasons lunch! It’s one of pro favorites! 😂 Mu daughter always gets the salmon meal and I love the birria tacos! Y’all should give it another try!!
It is also a good choice building during rainy periods.
We like Sunshine Seasons plus you can get as many drink refills as you want !
Nice review. Yes, I love the AC. When my bf was not well, we would take a rest in there. We would eat, too, but I have a nice memory of him looking up at me and the balloons and telling me he was happy in that moment. Made the food better. 😊 I liked the breakfast, too, and I used to like the salads. The kids chicken was good when it was $6 something. It has changed, though.
I’m a vegetarian, & the last 2 times I went to sunshine seasons I’ve gotten a plate of sides , rice, potatoes & green beans. They used to have a good strawberry shortcake dessert but the last I was there they didn’t have it
I really miss that.
Sunshine Seasons, before covid, was the internet darling of Epcot for it’s decent food, multiple healthy options and bakery case. It was open 3 meals a day and was packed from breakfast on. I was so sad to see on my last 2 visits that there was barely anyone at breakfast, options were slim and it no longer serves dinner. I used to have to scrounge for a table. Now the influencers favor Connections Cafe, not sure if Sunshine was neglected onto the B list by Disney or if the crowds going to other rides over Soarin led Disney to forget about it. Cast there used to be great.
Maybe you should have include a category for value.
Epcot has too many delicious food options to waste any stomach space at Sunshine Seasons lol appreciate the reviews as always though.
I feel like if Sunshine Seasons was in any other park it would be a great option, but for EPCOT, with so many other options, it is only just OK. We actually ate there last week on our trip and it got the job done - the roast beef sandwich was actually fairly good and feel like you can get everyone full there for a reasonable price, plus the great A/C.
Next time take us on your walk. It would be fun to see

We made the mistake of trying them for breakfast. Basically no options for breakfast. All take and go. I was hoping for maybe eggs and toast but no such luck
I used to love Sunshine Seasons back in the early 2000 teens. I still like it. Not as much offered now. Love the hot air balloons. Looking forward to this! 🎉

I was weirded out by the menu down there. Not much in the line for picky eater people at all.
Fair definitely just go for cheese cracker box my daughter likes and I grab a bakery item just to break. And we usually get if already going to ride there.

Sunshine Seasons used to be really good. I would never recommend it anymore.
It sadly became Electric Umbrella while Connections took over the top not WS place to eat.
