Thanks For Watching! 🙌
Whose excited to see the International next week? 👀
I am! what a beast that is. Can't wait.....
I'd take the International as it sits right now. How much ya' want for it?............ just sayin'.............
Definitely want to see how the International comes out!
Marks nephew here, nice to see more of his cars get cleaned up and on the road, he gave me a 1984 daytona turbo that i fixed up myself i definitely couldnt get it that clean maybe i ought to take a few notes
Nice transformation but I bet the interior smelled pretty bad after 45 yrs. 🧐
I want to believe those two fellows will work on the fine car, but they let it rot for decades and I have my doubts
Man , for just sheer determination this should get 1,000,000 views.
Neat car indeed. The 440 was the middle trim level, between the base 330 and Polara. Polara 500 was limited to 2 door hardtop and convertible. I always loved both the 63 and 64 Dodges and Plymouths. Very sharp designs.
I was in this line of work way back when we did the it HARD WAY, simply using the best products available in the 70s. Our bodies KNEW we had done the best we could!! We did produce some incredible results, and customers loved it!! This old Plymouth reminds me of those days!! THANKS for doing this detail job, well done!!
Prepare for a long comment. First of all, great video! From '62 through '64 the Dodge 330 was their entry level B-body car. The 440 - like you did - was their mid grade entry. The Polara and Polara 500 [2 door hardtop & convertible only] were the top of the line trims. In 1978, I bought a 1964 Polara 500 hardtop from its original owner. It had a 383 engine, bucket seats and a full length console. A/C, power steering and brakes. It had 67K miles. All original. I owned that car for 16 years. When I sold it, it had 233K miles. I also bought a Dodge 440 sedan in 1984. It was a retired undercover police car [think Blues Brothers]. Had heavy duty EVERYTHING! Still had the rubber floor covering and the loops in the back to secure leg irons with. Also, had a 1964 Dodge 440 station wagon, equipped like the Polara 500. Really enjoyed those cars. Glad to see you start the rescue of one.
That's a CORN FED boy right there, any farmer or cowboy will tell you THAT ! Yes sir.
Yeah, you can hear him huffing and puffing, just from standing there. He's so outta shape, any hard work might kill him. He needs to lose 100lbs. That extra 100lbs is killing his joints, back, and heart.
@@davidkeeton6716 For sure!
I have this cars twin. 63 Dodge 440 4 door sedan, 318 Poly, Push button automatic. Mine is even the same color. My front fenders have more rust but the rest of the body on mine is solid, but my paint is worse. 70K miles on the clock.
Beautiful rusty, old, beat up, cleaned and polished car.
Use a Mr clean scrubbies. And bon ami to shine up then polish up 😊
I have a 64 440 2 door hardtop and they’re really cool old cars for sure. Mine is a 383 automatic with power disk brakes and power steering and air conditioner that works great.
Great job on the car it's beautiful! I like how the music in the video really matched the vibe of the car
I don't understand why you did not remove the hubcap before you painted the wheel. I assume it is faster popped off than masking it. Or is there an invisible line where detailing ends and restoration begins?
I love how you speed through this
Happy birthday great transformation😊
Friend of mine in the 70' and 80's was a Chrysler fanatic. Had several products that he worked and drove . He sold me a 63 Plymouth. Ugliest car I ever owned. I loved it. And it steered very well.
Even if a car is ugly, you'd cherish the memory
Your videos just keep getting better and better but WHY do i see a very specific Audi R8 in the background still 😅🤨
I appreciate it man! 🙏 and listen.. I don't wanna talk about it 🙃
The mouse now jumps in that silver Camaro and lives on there 😂
Thank you so much for making this video. Watching you do your magic is so satisfying, a real joy.
That one happy pup! (End of vid)
The engine is a 318 poly ,the body style is a coronet, this one has 156000 miles, the car earned it's rust before it was parked. Liked to hear about it's twin.
Steam cleans best. I use a steamer with collagen based cleaners for leather,. The steam heat breaks down the collagen to produce a capillary effect by floating out the dirt from the pores in the leather skin. Works great. I thought this Dodge would never get clean until I saw the steam flowing, and it came out almost showroom fresh.
I love this video
Love this comment 🙌
Good job 👍 very nice 👍 🙏🙏❤️👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
Love quality of the video and work you've done! The B-rolls, the sound, editing in general. Great job. Subscribed!
Good work Danester
Great work you are a very hard worker!!! Much admiration from northern Michigan
Lol that dude hated his sister.
Happy Birthday! You really brought back the shine… and that little dog at the end seemed really excited about it, the International looks rad -can’t wait to see it cleaned up!
Very satisfying to see the transformation! Amazing! But like to wish you a very Happy Birthday! Hope you had time to celebrate!
Steering wheel is off of a late 60s or early 70s Chrysler
Thank you for giving this car attention! It's looking much better 😊
Great job ! 👍
Awesome!
Nice , bro !! 🎉❤😊 I really love you videos !!
Thank you I appreciate it 🙏
@@DetailDane Thank's !!
That mice did a number on the vehicle, you can believe that. Good transformation, Dane. Call pest control for your shop for mice.
Nah - just get a cat.
@@wagonmaster1974 Nah, sticky pad & a hammer!
This is the color my 1963 Mexican Spec Plymouth Savoy was originally, he is white now.
That is one sweet ride!!! It could be one hell of a sleeper, nobody would suspect it having a BIG block 440 under that hood. Hopefully his son respects and appreciates the gift he got. It's probably all original everything. I wonder how many miles and how it was driven. Awesome
It is just a rusty four door sedan that had a hard life in the rust belt. It isn't really spectacular. The '440' emblems denotes the mid-range trim level on this Dodge, not the engine. It has a 318 poly, which won't make anybody tingle with excitement. Beater driver (if not rusted to oblivion underneath) or parts car - definitely not worth the expense of restoration, even with family ties.
I had a feeling taking the dirt off wasn't really going to improve the looks much
@@arise2945yep. Send that old junk to the crusher.
Why wouldn't they think it had a 440? You mistook the model name for the engine call out. So did Autoevelution.
@@JamesKnoll what’s so special about a 440 big block? Just a rusty relic from a bygone era. It’s 2024 folks.
Even in this state - this car is at least 10 times more beautiful than today's soulless crap. God, did they know how to design cars back in the days...
Your vids are pretty sweet Love this old Dodge
Great job! You do excellent work! And Happy Birthday!
Great vid😊
Great detail transformation happy birthday 🥳
Darnell was wrong, you cant polish a turd! Well done buddy.
LOL
Great job 🎉
Happy Birthday 🎉
Even has the 1979 Michigan tags. You might want to think about wearing mask protection when working around that interior mold.
he did
man where do you find all of these cars? love the transition, happy birthday as well
I think I saw the short for this, so I had to find the full video, I love these, thank you for sharing! Happy Birthday and have a good week !
Great job!
You did a great job cleaning it up but it's still a '63 Dodge and that design hasn't gotten any prettier in 61 years. Took Chrysler a couple years after Exner left to get their act together.
Agreed. Even though my dad had one it's probably the ugliest design they ever produced.
The 1964 dodge's are beautiful
It didn't need to get any prettier, it was pretty enough.
7@@michaelcagle5938 I was born in 1967, and even as a kid, I thought that these were ugly lol
Great work.
I had a 64 Plymouth I paid $125 It ran great, and always started even 10 below zero. Even the same color. LOL
Awesome job man .looks good
You are one brave detailer- personally I would have tried to knock off alot of that funk BEFORE ever pulling it into the shop- maybe some or all of the mice would have relocated in the process too! Glad you wore mask and gloves on the interior! A disposable Haz Mat suit might have been in order too! LOL! Seriously though, why on gods green earth if a body had ANY inkling about doing something with the car in the future-WHY in the world wouldn't you try to mitigate some of the inevitable mouse damage you know would occur in such a storage condition. Here son- I give to you one of the ugliest POS's full of mice droppings and urine! Enjoy! Gee! Thanks dad!
Interior certainly looks better!
Like the team work
Great video! New subscriber due to it!
Love it Well Done They Have a solid Basis To Restore happy Birthday Mate
Happy birthday 🎂🎈🎈🎈🎈 have a great day 🎊🎉🎊 you need some sos soap pads to clean the bumps and hubcaps
Well done buddy. Beautiful old us car. Greetings from Germany and happy birthday.👍
Saygıyı hak eden bir çalışmanız var, Türkiye'den sizi ilgiyle izliyorum, international Harvester harika bir pick-up,videosunu sabırsızlıkla bekliyorum 🙂👍
I appreciate it! 🙏
That steering wheel is out of a early 70's Chrysler. Neat old Dodge though.
Good job ❤ liked the music ❤
New subscriber here, great work man! Love that color…and Happy Birthday 🎂
Addicted to your videos
Shame they left it so long looks like a 318 poly such a great motor with the T/ Flight . She will need many things brake lines full tune all oil changed . New interior but it’s worth it . Not sure about rust underneath 🤔. She be nice with old school mags and white letter tyres and twin pipes . 👍🏻🇦🇺.
Nice job sir Nice show Nice car 😃👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍
Happy birthday to u and u are doing a good job
Looking forward to the paint on that international 👍
The colour is really nice I had a ford a similar colour called candy blue
The 440 appears to have had mud and debris purposefully dumped on it to make a better video.
Your shop ain't to far from Salfridge in Macomb County!
Black and White 79 plate, which was the last year you needed a front plate on Michigan cars.
Great to see a Michigan Channel on the tube!
I lived in the Clem till may of 2015.
Now I live in TN.❤
Me gusta mucho ese auto, conviene comprar una alfombra nueva que limpiarla.
Never watched your vids. You are quite thorough and work hard for a young man. The car looked awesome! Wish you were in central MS! Can you share your upholstery, window, engine grime cleaners please? Thx! Great job!!🫨😮❤️❤️❤️
Thats great.i still want to find a 1959 tr3 british racing green
🐁i m not gonna hurt you❤❤❤❤❤❤👍🐾
Really great channel! I’d be interested to see a tour of the shop and what products/equipment you use.
It’s as old as I am, 1963 😮🚙 😅
Love that model I’m surprised it got rust as it was not on the road long 👍🏻🇦🇺.
Michigan.....That should tell you all you need to know. Salty roads, and no one had the sense to wash them thoroughly everytime it got above freezing. Really have to concentrate the hose nozzle along all the trim and the wheelwells. I preserved my mother's 64 Barracuda by doing that. It lived in salty road Maryland from April 64 to April 78. It has lived in Alabama since then, we still have it.
Looks like a 318 poly engine. Great engine.
For what? They were weak. I rode in plenty of them. This car needs a 383-440 put in place of that poly 318. Put that on a shelf to collect dust. Put a Holley sniper or ACE fuel injection on it for drivability and milage. That will help make it so much nicer for being the cruiser that it is.
Now just get it running, should be worth a lot more money on Facebook. Happy Birthday.
The only thing I wouldn’t like about this car, is constantly having to tell people “it doesn’t HAVE a 440, the model name is 440”😁
Most likely 318
You don't tell anybody you just shake you head at how stupid they are.
@@mexicanspec Like the people at Autoevolution who also think it's a 440 engine.
@bradkay is it just me or is everyone at autoevolution got a foreign name? Interesting that they seem to present themselves as car afficionado's but they make some pretty goofy statements
@@patrickwayne3701 We are seeing what happens when the entry cost to do something is too low.
And also thanks to the BLUE ANGELS and many happy landings !
happy birth day mate.
Happy birthday i bet Dylan McCool would love to get that running again
Something odd about that steering wheel. I once owned a 1969 Dodge Polar with almost the same steering wheel. The steering wheel should be the interior green color. On that soda cans if you still have them. Check for copyright dates and bar code if any.
It's been Replaced with a 69 Chrysler one!, Looks out of place need to find an original to put back on it!
Bar code on a 1979 Coke can. That is funny right there.
@@jdpinbaytown I don't get why people take off the original oval wheels. They go perfectly with the car and make it much easier to drive with no power steering.
@@mexicanspec The 1963 Dodge 440 didn't have the oval steering wheel
What was that spray you used on the interior panels, if I may ask?
Hope you wore a mask for that interior work?!
Really well done video. Good job. Do you know the name of the guitar music piece thats playing at the 6 minute mark ?
Not a fan of the front styling Dodge was using then. I preferred Plymouths! I would definitely rather have the IH! Cool video! Hope you are able to evict the Dodge mice from your shop!
Was that an 1830 John Deere? The Tractor that pulled out the International. IF it was that was the size of tractor I grew up driving on my farm.
You gotta love those old Mopars! Is that motor a 318, 273, 360?
Polyspherical head 318
Nice work Gentlemen.
Is that aerosol cleaner XTRA DUTY by car brite ?
What about the rust ?
The tractor is a 1520 early 70s. I replaced the steering wheel because I liked the look and larger diameter so it would steer easier. Michael has the original
Ole tank is breathing hard ......
I thought the tags looked like Missouri tags even though you said you were in Michigan.
Michele has a majestic gut
