This video opened my eyes. I bought a property for 1,5m with 5 bed and 4 baths. I then hacked it with separate two beds and 1 bath. I then added a bachelor flat behind a double garage. I’m making 11K on them while paying 16700 for bond. For me I only pay 5700 for bond now.

i would say that this is all good, until it comes to getting reliable paying renters. people are not paying rent. the new demographics are that people use, lie and abuse your place without paying rent. how do you handle this? how do you handle rentals in general?
the law is generally on the side of the renter, and will not remove people who can and may manipulate you.
i would say for some people, don't do this if you are in an area where people don't pay rent, area is poor, you are not tough enough. check their references out first. be very tough on references. references, references, references please...
