Hi Louis! Can you make a video about giving advise on property taxes Some say you should pay off just enough so that your rental income covers total bond, levies, rates & taxes Some say to pay off as soons as possible, but then you have to pay tax on that income? What is best?
Thanks for watching and supporting the channel. Generally the market is very inflated. Long term you should be good but its quite difficult to find bargains. Cash flow is very hard to find. But it all depends on your strategy. This is something I can help with if you ever need more guidance. 💪🏻💪🏻
The problem is, based on this, many can afford to buy property of this value if they make use of house hacking, but many people don't qualify for this amount. How do one hack that issue??
Seeking a serious business partner with at least some form of credibility and experience in running a business for a possible partnership. As well if you may be a business owner of an operating business in need of funds that will be payable after a certain period you can reach out for more details.
I just wanted to let you know that you forgot about SARS's portion of the rental income. It blows your rose-coloured view of how little it costs to live on the property. That is unless you like the risk of sharing a bed with Babba at the local jail.
Thanks for adding value in the comments. Unfortunately tax will be different for everyone. I also add tax on a portfolio as a whole and not just one property. For example, when owning 4 properties you calculate tax on that portfolio or entity. But i will look into a video about this in the future 💪🏻

I would say to instead focus on a budget that is realistic. Otherwise you can easily overextend yourself financially.
