Not a truck driver, but I needed a good reliable headset. Watched this video (years later), bought the B450-XT, and it meets my hands-free needs (and more). I went through 2 sets of the 350's they both broke at the same place they lasted about a year each I had the 250 they worked well for about 2 years before they wouldn't charge anymore Now I just ordered a set of the 450 through my company and they were 120 dollars You just answered all my questions Thanks for the video Keep on trucking

My first Bluetooth was a blueparrott 250 and it always treated me good, I got the bluetiger and the 450 blueparrot but really prefer the blueparrott, thanks for the review.

I've bought two blue parrot 350, and they just cheaped out on me in less then 1 year, now i just use the free headphone that with my cellphone. Blue parrot doesn't equal rugged or long lasting dependable performance. Good review
Ooo my goodness, your awesome. I was looking for a head to head comparison between these 2 headsets and you came through for me. I have the 250 but I had it since 2007 and the battery went out. It won't even charge. I have a wired noise cancellation headset but I wanted either the 350 or the 450. I like a little bass and I like 1 ear headphones so I can hear if my CB or someone knocking at my door at a dock. The 450 would be ideal and I feel better about my decision after watching this. Thank you so much. :)
Had the 450xt for 1 day and traded it in for a b350xt. The 450 made my ear hurt tried the softer earpiece and all kinds of adjustments it was too tight. The 350 is way more comfortable and sound seems the same. As far as the 350 losing signal I can leave my phone in my truck and walk around it without any issues so you may have gotten a bad one. Good review though I wish the 450 worked for me it's a cool looking one.
You did well. I had to get use the extra weight on my head but like you mention. You will adjust to it and I also you can use it on either eat with ease. Still trying to see how long I can go without a full charge.
I just got the 450 and it's really good. Had the 250 and I liked it until it broke (speaker snapped right off). The 250 is good, but not very durable. Tried the LG tone pro, and its garbage. Decent as wireless headphones, but not good for truckers. It picks up all the background noise on the phone and people can't hear you well. But this 450 is the shit. The sound really is great on it. It's bulky, which I don't mind; as, I'm used to wearing gaming headsets for hours on end. Very comfy IMO and stays fixed to your head well. One thing I didn't like about the 250 was it would move around a lot, and almost fall off if I bumped my head on something.

4 days is all I could deal with this 450. sound quality is better than 350. tested voice quality with friends to see if they could tell difference. Way too heavy and bulky. Not comfortable at all. It felt like if I was wearing a helmet. the ear piece is bigger but does not cover comfortably. It fits kinda awkward over ear making it hurt. Just took it back to Pilot and got my points back. 250 and 350 are way more comfy and can be worn on both sides. I also seen the 450 with dual speakers. Not many improvements over 250/350. Vxi dropped the ball on this one.
Panama Red your exactly right. I been using this headset for a couple months now and it definitely does not feel any smaller. I have gotten used to it but yeah it's definitely not as comfortable as the 350.
Great, thorough review! I've read a couple reviews where folks mentioned that the larger ear cushion presses the arm and/or "ear hook" of eye/sunglasses uncomfortably into their head. I see that you also wear glasses - have you noticed any discomfort?
I just got the 450 thanks for the review. I have not figured out how to have it tell me it's battery status! Do you know how to do this? I previously used the Plantronics voyager Legend. Which is basically the opposite of the 450. Short battery life, but very small. Hardly notice you are wearing it. The problem is the battery did not last long enough for driving all day. I will now use the Legend at home and in my car. And keep the 450 in my tractor for use while working.
Have they fixed the problem of not being able to stop music from the headset, or do you still have to turn off your headset and turn it back on in order to use other functions?
I was looking into the b450 for the cushion, b250 circular cushion was great but charging port wasn't a usb compatible, I have the b350 USB charger, great on noise cancelling but after while my ear start to ache due to the firm cushion... Do the b450 ear cushion make your ear ache afterwhile or the cushion is much softer??
I bought mine two days ago brand new and I’m loving it the only issue that I’m having is that it keeps shutting off with a full set of battery life left and none of the buttons work until I connect to the wire then pops back to life when I hit the power button. Anyone having this same issue? I will contacting support if it happens again.
You may want to re upload this video as a comparison between the 350 and 450. I bet it will give you more views cause I can't find a comparison between them besides a comparison between the 250 and the 450.
Sometimes it stays solid blue light can't turn off or on, or use. Unless I charge it for minutes and then I can connected again to the phone. I don't know: Help please
D ROPER I figured out it's only when I use to make call and receive Facebook messenger it does work thou if you turned it off and turn back on with the cable charger connected. Every time every call. It's annoying but that's how it works mine.

No its only right side mic. Doesn't 180 degree but I have a pair soo amazing noise cancelation. Everyone thinks I'm sitting in a quiet room when I'm actually riding with the window down
Joshua Ferguson Yeah, it does flip around. I use the speaker on my left ear. People might think it doesn't because it stops if you try to spin it down. You've gotta spin it upward to get it to the other side. (duhhh people. . .)

Just purchased the Blueparrot 450 on Amazon, I run an airport & limo service, can the headset vibrate if you have it resting on your neck?
Mine don’t have enough volume control that’s my complaint. I can hardly hear the person calling me, over the truck noise.
