How to Import Motion Backgrounds in Premiere Pro Download the motion backgrounds from the link. Open Premiere Pro and create a new project. Go to File > Import, then select the downloaded motion background files. After importing, drag the backgrounds from the Project panel to your timeline. Adjust the length or add effects as needed. Right click the folder in the mega. And click on download. It will download it in the browser then it will save it to your downloads folder. If you face any trouble email me screen shots I will help you with whatever I can.
