Nice to see Ralph Mann here. As a side note, Ralph Mann was in the Cincinnati area during the summer of 1980. He showed up at our local summer series track & field meets and ran a pretty-much solo 50.5 over the 400m hurdles. This was at my local HS, and without any competition to challenge him. It was damned impressive to say the least having a US Olympian, silver medalist, and former world record-holder competing at your local all-comers meet. Wherever you are, Mr. Mann, thank you for gracing our local meet at that time!
