A woman who tries to run you over for stopping a burglar breaking into her house. And the grim reaper. What the hell kind of neighborhood is this?

It's not that tool assisted isn't impressive, it's time consuming and shows off what is mechanically possible, it's not like a 'machine is playing it' like a lot of people seem to think.

Hi, have you thought about sacrificing your extra lives during the game instead of opting for the bonus at the end? As far as I'm aware this is what the top players do in their scoreruns, so could mean a few more potential points for the TAS and overall Grand Slam

It would indeed be very difficult for a human to play like that. It's the fun of a TAS, to see what would be possible if you had the super power to play perfectly. It took me about 2-3 weeks of work to make this video.
This is a TAS (Tool Assisted Speedrun), with an editor I set the position of the controls for each frame, resulting in nearly the best game you could play. The goal of a TAS is to show what would be possible if someone would be able to play the game perfectly, no cheat are allowed.
