Agree with playing multiple sports when younger. Kids play so much not because they want to, rather their parents/ coach wants them too. Thinking they are the next "MLB Candidate." Great video!!!
Hey man! Love the videos, I was wondering if you have an specific weight lifting programs or program guidelines to go off?, I am struggling to find a solid program, I'm trying to train to get ready for next college season , thanks for all the videos!
what do you really mean don't play don't throw yearly around. like don't play and practice alot because I really love baseball only thing I do play. I'm 13 by the way
Do not throw year round. Like your arm needs a break, it cannot throw 12 months every year. You should take he winter off and use that time to recover and to workout and get stronger, faster, and more agile.
Any advice for me? I go to a 6A Highschool that is very competitive in all sports ( Texas ) and I'm not good enough at the others sports to make the teams. So how do I not specialize? Thanks
You could play rec league for other sports, doesn't have to be for high school. Or maybe just play pick-up games of basketball, football, soccer, etc. with your friends or other people.
"Stop Playing Year Round" - amen, thank you. Too many kids doing year round sports nowadays. My 12yo plays football in the fall and does alpine ski racing in the winter. Strange as it seems I think the skiing has improved his pitching balance and rotation.
Franco duarte it's called a simple diet. Wanna lose weight exercise and stay in a caloric deficit. No specific diets or work outs to follow for sports. Wanna get jacked bulk and lift heavy. Wanna lose weight and get lean cut. It's simple.
Could you make a video on throwing mechanics from the outfield in detail , like a break down , it would be great Justin thanks

Gavin Large Cola & Cheeseburger

+J Truts Focusing on strictly one sport and "specializing" is the wrong approach in my opinion! Good for your son! Play multiple sports until college!
would you be able to make a nutritional plan for baseball players to lose weight
