Glad to see this mam.Rightly said. I am a Topper of District, State, college . Gold medalist & also have won multiple awards & prizes in co curricular activities. I face these negative vibes, criticizers daily from my school time till now. U r 200% true, they are jealous and have no capacity to perform, rather spread rumours gossip about us & wait for our downfall. Thanks for ur tips to tackle these specimens

I am having to do many major things on my own and and even though I have the motivation and visualisation of the outcome I still struggle with criticism! They give so much negative thoughts and scares me all the time. I still do whatever I have to do. But mentally, physically and emotionally it affects me a lot. Please kindly help me with this.
