Actually hua kya humne 2nd October ki booking karaai thi in advance of four cottages at 7500 per night. The manager had called us two times for the confirmation of date and for payment as an advance. We had paid them 15000 through paytm. Then jab humne unse unke resort ki location ko confirm karne ke liya call kiya and told them about our booking, they denied and said ki humaari booking 1st october ki thi na ki 2nd ki. Ise doubt ko clear karne ke liye jab hum resort gaye to vo badtameezi se baat karne lage. Moreover, unhone humaari family ki ladies se bhi inappropriate behave kiya especially the *MANAGER* . Phone pe unhone kaha tha ki vo humein humaare 15000 refund de rhe hain digitally. Jab hum unke resort pe gaye unhone saaf mana kardiya ki refund nahi mil sakta instead they offered us odd options like hum kabhi bhi aayenge to free rooms mil jaayenge, dinner, lunch bla bla bla....... Itna hi nahi in logo ne bahaana maara ki humne 1st ko booking karaai thi cottages ki instead of 2nd and apni galti maan hi nahi rhe the. Jab inko humne apni call recordings bheji and that too 2 recordings, tab bhi vo maane nahi ki unki galti hai. *FUN FACT- Itna badha resort hone ke bawajood inke paas 15000 cash nahi the* 🤭. Aap khud hi sochlijiye kitna besharam staff hai yaha ka and not only staff, owner also doesn't how to treat guests. 10% of the total people have given them 1 out of 5 stars so you can judge their services and hospitality.
Edit: unka senseless bahaana ye bhi tha ki jis din (1st oct) unhone humein location bheji thi, unhe laga ki hum usi din aa rhe hain and and and vo kehte ki humaari koi duty nahi hai aapko call karna ki aap aa rhe hain ya nahi.....
