Just started working out today with a personal trainer! I knew I needed that push and I feel great even though my body hates me right now, I know it's worth it and I'm so happy to start this journey! This video is awesome and reminded me why I'm doing this
He did REALLY well for someone that doesn't work out. I struggle so much with push ups. I did something like this in cheer, but it was 100 jumping jacks in a row(with counting loudly) and 1.5 minute planks and more exercises.

That's not how you try to make a "fun" workout- to make it fun you have to do things that you like so you don't realize you're working out. That was just a reg workout
For people who can't do a single push up. I would recommend doing the plank for as long as you can, 3 rounds each day for at least 2 weeks. that will get you started very easily in push ups 😉 remember, you CAN do it if you set your mind to it
Jordan should have a section on workouts on Buzzfeed's website and help people with what kind of workouts they should do. Like how she asked Curly those questions and selected a workout that was best suited for him.
BuzzFeed should start a new page for exercise, BuzzFeed Sweat, with Jordan and whoever else is an exercise buff. That would be awesome! Different weekly workouts ranging from beginner like this one to harder more extensive workouts. And dieting tips, etc.
For someone who doesn't like working out, I love how enthusiastic and positive Curly was the whole time! He could have complained and whined since the workout seemed pretty intense, but he didn't and I think Jordan must have felt great helping out because of that :') I felt so proud of Curly watching the video! And I wish I had a Jordan in my life hahahah
Lady Gaga's ARTPOP Shiny Blue Ball push through it. I hate my body, but the improvement that you can start to see after even a week makes me keep going because you feel so proud of what you've accomplished

I think I'm gonna give this workout a try. I do want to get in shape, but I hate going to the gym and I hate working out. One reason I don't like going to the gym is because I feel like I'm being judged all the time (even though I tell myself that nobody else cares about what I'm doing). In general, I just prefer being by myself when I exercise.
I love working out, it makes me feel better afterwards and it's kind of my hobby, and it's like a punishment for all the junk foods I ate before I workout
You should make a video showing different workout for different people, such as outside/inside workouts. Longer,shorter workouts. That would be cool :)
My problem with workouts like this is that they're so BORING. I grew up dancing and fencing so I can't run or just do squats--I need to be thinking. I would say that I love working out but I used to think that I need to run to be fit. Now I do dance, yoga, acro, hike, and do archery, and they're all things I enjoy.
They are not boring, if you get in a zone, depends . When i used to do aerobic in a group it was fun but when i did it alone, not as much. So sometimes it's the people around you who make it more interesting if it makes sense. Also i love dancing, but i find it boring to do it alone. But in a gym, when i'm in my zone and i have my headphones on it's really fun

I love working out and I also watch a lot of buzzfeed I think it's great they are promoting fitness especially for individuals who are working at an office all day. I'm glad their isn't a whole lot of body shaming either, in the fitness community you get a lot of angry young (men more often) who feel the need to comment on others bodies. It's nice to see some positivity from people who enjoy working out, yet it's not their whole identity. Cheers.
