I have a new 2015 Bright White Charger R/T Plus. IT'S LOADED, and I'm still learning about all the high tech electronics the "Plus" model comes with. I sincerely agree with Riley about the quality of the car, in a few short years Dodge has done a fantastic job as far as quality, paint, etc. are concerned. If someone that owns a Dodge tells you it's a solid quality car they're being truthful. Great job Dodge !
So I think I just bought your car yesterday. Through the video I kept thinking that's cool my charger has that too then I thought it's odd that the last owner would make all the exact same changes you did so then I went out to look for the mark where you say that an egg was thrown at it and yup that mark is there too

Rilley, you are going to find out real fast that your wife is not going to put up with you changing cars every few months, life with kids and all that stuff is going to slam you in tbe face, but i do enjoy the videos

The gauges and the numbers look really neat!
Guage nice but the mid section of Guage is not nice and the steering
Bought my 2013 R/T last December. So far I've done Sinospark underglow led's, four sets of Ualau led strips for the interior, total of 16 led strips on the inside. Aftermarket ghost door lights that shine the R/T logo onto the ground. Custom floormats and steering wheel cover (from Walmart) lol, yeah I know. I'll get the diamond stitch ones someday soon hopefully.
My plan is to make it into the baddest looking R/T in the Denver Metro Area.
Still need to upgrade my headlights and fog lights. Plan on accenting the body lines with red stripes on the sides and hood. Adding rear window and side window louvers. More led's for the wheel wells and under the hood.
Makes it want a charger rt the 2014s looks so bad ass

My 14 V8 Charger pursuit I use at work is horrible the entire county fleet is horrible unfortunately. They don't hold up well being driven hard daily. I had a rubber gasket on the transmission blow at 130 mph during a pursuit the oil then hit the exhaust causing it to catch fire but a few small bursts from extinguisher took care of it saving the car. They also fail alot with the breaks and the buggest issue is the risers go out at around 100k miles causing around 5k in repairs. They are pretty fast and scary looking cars that's what I do like about it. But for county use they are worthless we have destroyed the front subframe with potholes causing 1k in repairs on county roads due to being very low. TXDPS do like them since they are good on the flat highway. But the Ford twin turbo ecoboost Taurus Interceptor is waaaaay faster you can't beat those turbos.
92k on my 13 r/t. Only thing done was replaced tie rods. the wheels "skip" when fully turning right in reverse, but I think that's due to worn control arms. Maybe, IDK.. not a big issue. Other than that, I'm surprised how solid it's been. Never been a Mopar fan, but got a good deal and haven't looked back.
The only thing that feels outdated is the 5 speed. While solid, it doesn't shift always smooth especially 3rd to 4th. It holds shifts like it's a damn snowmobile. It just feels like it should've been phased out 5 years ago. But, I see why they kept with it do to it's reliability. Manual mode is okay but the delay between shifts just make it's meh.

Depends what model you get the SE has the 5 inch I think & the sxt R/T & above have the 8.4

I have an 08 rt with an upgraded exhaust, cai, and tune. Red with matte black decals. ONLY 70k on it and i absolutely love it! Only complaint i have about it is the leather seats have looked shitty since the day i got it

I have a 2017 charger and have that same problem with the AC. probably a setting or something but ya...blows warm air till I play with it

I bought a small square of dark vinyl tint from a website called Metro Restyling and cut it myself when it was on the side of the headlight.
I’ve got the hemi tick. But not sure if it’s an exhaust leak or lifter issue. It just started happening.

Body style wise do u prefer the 2014 or 2016? I'm debating between 2014 srt8 super bee or 2016 Scat pack. I just feel the front end looks more aggressive on 2014
I'm really on the fence about which front end I like better too. I'm leaning slightly towards the 14 for the reason you just said.

I'd go with the scat just for the slight increase in hp, but that aggressive face on the 11-14 is so mesmerizing.

Well y'all see my comment below I finally got my RT today had to get a Hemi I mean my charger wouldn't sound the same as if I were to get a V6 a sxt hell no I wouldn't call it a race car if I got a sxt plus after looking at racing street videos it just got me into racing so yeah that's why I got a HEMI as my first race car I had a 2012 Corolla S but no the engines don't sound the same lol and my new ride is in the garage with a car cover over it I ain't even trying to drive it right now from the dealership to the house driving my rental instead

Well it's a done deal getting my first racing car in the morning already approved 2014 RT Charger all black black leather inside paper work already signed off man I couldn't be any happier and when he started the car with the remote start man that RT sounded bad ass I just knew I had to get it hell yeah 6,500 down payment who wanna race the TRD ain't ready
I’ve only had to replace fuel pump oil pressure switch alternator gas cap oil changes spark plugs and what ever maintenance

+Jose Garcia Are you located in Texas? More than likely the best way to contact me will be through Instagram but I will be posting a video when I finally put her up for sale. I will probably be custom ordering my next car so I will have to see what type of process is needed on the dealerships part but if they start building my car it should take 6-8 weeks to get it from when I place the order so sometime towards the end of its production I could sell this one outright. The only problem would be selling this car too early and being without a vehicle for a while or something along those lines but I will try to work everything out and post a video with all of the details soon!

@@SixthZan It ran 86000 km so far. No problems whatsoever. Only common things like changing oil for example. I have installed a new battery and new brakes. That's it. And he passes the german TÜV every time well.
May i give you an advice? You should look for the newer models with 8-speed transmission. Mine has 5 and it's okay but with that much power more are needed.

nick13388 they are probably talking about the pre VVT versions. The valves go bad after 125k. The VVT versions are way more reliable seen them go past 250k.

+Jordanfiend361 It's all of the same performance gains as the Road and Track Pack. (3.06 gears, etc) - I'm only lacking the leather, sun roof, and the heated and cooled cup holders-all of which I can live without. I got this car for a crazy good deal so it was too good not to take. The cloth seats aren't too bad but the leather is indeed much nicer.
I wish it came with leather seats. I hate cloth.
Can you tell me what size tires you went to. I have 245-45-20 tires came on my Charger. I was thinking about going to 275-45-20's. What can you advise.I have a K&N cold intake, and Flowmaster mufflers.
275-40-20s are the size you want to go to. Same dimensions as stock tires just wider.

+michael barkley - Rule of thumb is this, anything rated as a sports car/coupe the insurance is going to be higher than most other vehicles. I got a quote from my insurance company for a 2016 Camaro SS and it came out to be around 1800 a year (being new too doesn't help lower the cost). And, I'm 38 with a clean driving record. A 2012 C6 shouldn't be AS much, but don't be shocked if its more expensive than what you pay currently.

I used dark smoke tint from metro restyling. Took a while to get it perfect but I was happy with the end result!
