LaVar meant that women on average think differently and react differently then men. He wasn’t tryna say Jeanie isn’t capable of running the Lakers cause she’s an emotional and sensitive woman. He’s saying women are more likely to lean on other women in the same position as them when they’re struggling, and she’s one of 3 or 4 female owners in the NBA. Which is why she’s been leaning on Linda Rambis.

If Lebron James was running the Lakers organization they wouldn’t be in the position they are in now. If Lebron was running everything then Ty Lue would be coach and Magic wouldn’t have resigned. Magic was wanting the same thing Lebron wanted but the people in charge dropped the ball and made bad decisions. That’s why Magic left. He wanted the obvious and right choices but they put up roadblocks to prevent him from doing it. Lebron and Magic were on the same page because they know what it takes.

The media said he controlled the Cavs organization. If that’s true he went to the Finals 4 years straight and won once. If he was controlling the organization then he was doing it better than every team in the league except one. So he built a team that made the finals 4 years in a row. Marcellus immediately reached for his liberal sensibilities. Women are more sensitive than men, and there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s one of the qualities that define them. It doesn’t make them weak, a strong person knows their qualities.
Most athletes and men in general that are overly sensitive, come from a single parent household and were raised by a woman. The lack of a predominant male figure at home wasn’t present to create balance. Same goes for a child that is raised with just a father, you need balance.

He said Lonzo can't be emotional or upset because he's not bred that way and that he'd tell Lonzo what and how to feel about a situation. When Shannon said that lavar couldn't dictate Lonzo's feelings or tell him what to feel because he's his own man lavar disagreed.

Lebron's son will be coming out of school in 3 years... and if he truly wants to have the opportunity to play with his son the timing will be perfect.
