nice one pal great video i will defiantly look for your other video as im looking to do the trail myself, new subscriber here, keep up the good work. Atb Wullie
One of the best trails in Scotland with loads of different alternatives too. The one thing I remember from it is that the distances on the signs bear absolutely no relation to the distance on the ground! Really gets good once past Bridge of Cally
We counted the number of meaningful encounters we had with strangers, not including the odd hello, and the number over 5 days was 12. If solitude is what you're looking for this is a great wee trail. ❤
Just found your channel and thoroughly enjoyed your videos. I live in canada but my family are all from blairgowrie and alyth so was great to see. I’m now thinking of doing this trail next time I’m home for a holiday! Thanks for the vids 👍
I've just finished watching your 5 day adventure. Thoroughly enjoyed the footage and your chat was just pitched perfectly. Are you planning any other adventures? TBH this was not even on my radar but will definitely be doing it at some point this year. Thanks again for sharing your journey👍
So glad you've enjoyed my ramblings. 😁 I'm in the middle of editing last weeks 3rd trip along the West Highland Way and I'm planning to do the Affric Kintail Way at the start of July. Thanks for watching. G ♥️ 🏴
I did the Affric/Kintail way last year in 3 days. Some say day 2 was a bit boring as there is a lot of forestry walking but I loved it all. Highly recommended the campsite at Cannich at the end of day 1. Also a chance to pick up some supplies in the spar shop. Some stunning scenery to look forward to. One last question. Did you take your car to Blairgowrie and if so where did you park? Many thanks.
@@euansmith5885 We just found a spot in a residential street near the main square. You can park down by the river but we felt the car would be safer in front of houses. G❤️🏴
Great vid lads, very helpful 👍

Yeah the distance signs were very vague. I loved how quiet it was. Thanks for watching. G ♥️ 🏴
A less popular walk with fewer people? Sounds ideal to me!
