What's great about this is it's people handling their own problems without big brother government coming in and wrecking everything. If they had relied on the police for this matter, they probably would have never recovered their loss. Folks need to be prepared to handle their own business, because the government doesn't care about you, and even if they did, they're still too incompetent to do anything about it.
My favorite places to dine and dash are Buffalo Wild Wings (Football Sundays, March Madness, Local Ball Games), Bob Evans (Sunday Mornings with the Church Crowd), and Texas Roadhouse (Friday and Saturday Nights when they have people waiting out the door to get in). Any place that's busy with a young serving staff is perfect. They're more interested to see what the next thing on their phone says than paying attention to you.
