And you probably make 10-20 times more money than the average Vietnamese. Everytime I hear foreigners speaking everything is so cheap here compared to the west. Yeah for u it is cheap, for the millions of locals making local currency wages everything is so unaffordable.
@@secrets.295 It's all relative. What may be cheap to those locals may not be obtainable for someone making a meal out of garbage like in the Philippines or slums of India.

I’m apartment hunting now so this was perfectly timed! I’ve been looking around d2 and visited Kunkin Apartments and Teehome. Both were 17-22 million but wearnt as appealing as yours :)
I'm moving soon to Vietnam so my girl can be closer to her family (parents getting older) and businesses she owns/runs. We've been living in LA for 5 years and she's worked remotely the entire time, dealing with the timezone differences so we can have a life here. I'm more than willing to do the same for her but, while I loved it, I've only visited Vietnam a few times. I've been having nerves about the move but seeing these videos with your family actually really has put me at ease
That is important, having a nice neighborhood with a place to grab a bite or a drink downstairs. We bought a place and were so happy there was a breakfast and 3 tea places downstairs.
For price compararison infomation, 1300$/month in Vietnam is alot of money. You can rent a big mansion (about 4 to 5 bed room, 3 toilet, big backyard, and private pool includeed) with that money. So his house is not cheap, also not so much affordable for normal family people (average salary in vietnam is 500$/month).
@@Sa7biUK So you just commission me to find a house for you right? Do I get paid for doing so, if not please contact a housing agency for that. We won't do it for free you know.

Question 1 how disabled friendly are they and question 2 can I book you in for afew tours?
Not really friendly for disable. Most of restaurants / street food shops / retail shops don't have the accessible ramp. Sidewalk is also very limited as there is motorbike parking / table from shops. But I think you can ask for help as the locals are happy to help the disable.
Sorry to say but u probably need help getting around if u are disabled. On the other side, if u happen to be in vietnam traveling as a disabled person, the utilities isnt there to aid but people are, they are extremely friendly and will go a long way in aiding you.
