I always love it when the eye catch sequences display additional information, like the stand charts in Jojo. I wish they would do it with more animes, like the wanted poster sequences in one piece could display the character's current bounty, constantly updating with every achievement the character makes.

I wish more cartoons these days, regardless of country of origin, had eyecatches. If my comic book ever gets finished and gets made into a cartoon, I'd love to have them too

6:11 death note was my first anime & I never knew what to expect from anime medium so these eyecatchers were kinda scary, it adds so much to the story immersion.

Is there,like,a better video quality for Candy Candy? I've watched episode 1 because I really loved Georgie!! (Same artist) but the old browning quality hurts my eyes. 😭 I do still plan to continue it after finishing Saint Tail
Holy crap I just realized how the American version of the Pokémon eye catch is so much easier than the Japanese version like how’re u supposed to know what a circle is??
That was only in one episode most of the time the eye catches were very obvious and sometimes they would even have a gag Eyecatch like this one
