All Bruce can do at the moment would be having an adult represent him, which technically could be voted out. But if Bruce is smart (and he is) then he'd have no problem buying enough stock in a publicly traded company to become the majority share holder, and if he's the majority holder he has the deciding vote. Remember, you don't need to own the entire company to be the boss, just 51%.

Well that's an understatement. Tony couldn't deal with his problems that's why he became an alcoholic. Bruce on the other hand had a great protector and Mentor in Alfred. He was able to focus his rage into becoming a better person from it. Oh and beating down criminals was a great release for his anger. :p

Alfred on the other hand didn't allow Bruce to wallow and instead helped him to turn his rage toward productive things. All that the people around Tony did was watch him fall apart. Granted he needed that to finally realize he had to change but someone should have stepped in earlier.
