Finally someone shows what card is in what set, beneath the pictures. This is a small but really good detail. Please do this as standart in your comming videos. Really good.
Cyclops brought in a new option for adding value to the multi-Damage combo. Just slap copies of Marked on as many minions as possible and now the spread damage from Dive Bomb or Melee will also feed back to the villain's HP. Assuming that there are 3 marked minions on board with an average HP of 3 and assuming you have 3 Follow Through that's another 15 damage from Dive Bomb feeding into the villain's health bar. Marked works with anything labeled attack so there are many more applications but generally speaking Honed Technique is the core since hitting a 1 HP minion with 5 plus damage feels a bit wasteful.
Note: You can also use this to add value to existing minion murder cards. Honed Technique plus Into the Fray into a 3 health minion is a minion cleared, 6 threat off the main scheme, and if you play marked before 6 overkill damage for 1 effective resource.
Aggressive Ally Storm! Thunderstorm + boot camp + brute force + enraged + ark training + team strike (to let enraged and brute force act best with less penalty) = one shot villains. I think I’ve hit ~ 30 damage before. Wolverine ally alone hits 8. And they still can ping minions here and there if needed. With her crown storm gets the 2 thw and can hold off, and the cape gives her that 3 def which is nice. blizzard or alter ego so you try not to get caught in a thunderstorm. My favorite storm build I think. Maybe not always the most well rounded build, but fun to the max.
Pretty good list with only 1 major disagreement. For me, your 3rd and 5th archetypes are basically variants of the same deck type, which is event aggression, essentially using attack events to do damage. Rush is a playstyle, not an archetype as you can rush with many of those decks (particularly the basic attack one). My 5th archetype would be physical aggression, which uses Physical resources for Drop Kick and Jarnbjorn. And for the ally aggression deck, I found the best heroes are ones with money (since it's expensive) and can cover their own defense. Spiderman is the best Ally Aggression Avenger imo, Venom is great. Defense is less of an issue for Xmen since they want to flip down, so there are a few that like it.
I can see that! It could have been a branch into two, the reason I broke it up is that I am typically approaching the game much differently in a rush vs. event heavy situation. That is probably more matchup depended though. Money is always great for the ally decks, Spiderman is good, he has the economy and Black Cat doesnt take any damage so that totally makes sense! Another question. The card Honorary Avenger... Can i have more equpipped than one card on my hero? So, give him 3 more hitpoints with 3 equipped cards? Or only 1 card per figure?

Revisiting this video, mostly because now with Archangel out, trying to plan a Rush Archangel build as one of the ways I’d like to play him

Good question, it has been errated to one per character. There is nothing on the card that states that, but there was an updated ruling
