You see the Captain speaks with conviction and integrity ! Master you have my full respect and Salute. The Chief Officer and Bosun are lucky to have you as their Captain🔥👊
Only few people can casually interview a Captain like that.
In fact there are captains that don't even speak to their lower seafarers. : )
Captain like that is a good example for aspiring seafarer that have a plan to be Master also kudos to BiyaheNiEdward to interview this very humble and kind Captain.

KaByahe, naalala ko tuloy my late uncle, he was also a master mariner of tanker ship for more than 2 decades. Capt. Darmi & Capt. Renato De Ocampo✝️ are almost same attitudes on work at pakikisama sa mga seaman nya. Kaya gustong gusto sya kasama o kapitan ng ibang crew. Thanks KaByahe & Capt. Your Captain is wise and diligent in his position. In just a few minutes of your conversation I've learned a lot from him by his words, he said "Observe the Outcome", "Proper Decision Based on Evaluation" and these words must all the Ship Captain will do. Stick to him, you will gain wisdom. The Captain knows best, follow him is easy to think but hard to get.
