Chicken Teriyaki Recipe

Chicken Teriyaki
Here you go, a perfect Oriental dish that has the taste just right. I have to say that this is one of my favorite ones and I make it quite often. I usually serve this with some white rice so it blends in perfectly with the teriyaki sauce. So make sure that you make some extra to keep everyone happy.

Ingredients
4 each - Chicken thighs (skinless) or breasts
2-3 tbsps. - Olive oil
2-3 tbsps - All-purpose flour
3 each - Cloves of garlic, chopped
1 med. - Onion, chopped
1 med. - 1/2 red and 1/2 sweet pepper
1 cup - Chicken broth, low-sodium
1/4 cup - Soya sauce
1 tbsp. - Brown sugar
1/2 cup - Water
1 tbsp. - Corn starch
Teriyaki sauce - as needed
Salt and pepper - as needed
