A typical recruitment screen will last anywhere from 20-30 minutes and has have two primary goals:
Identify if they are any red flags, such as gaps in employment, poor communication, lack of required skillset
Get them excited in the role and establish yourself as their ally.

This is great stuff and is all relevant to both corporate and agency recruitment. Title could be technical recruitment phone screen for software engineers. I think it would be a good idea to mention how important voice inflections and tone are since not all recruiters don’t always sound as natural as you! Great job!
