How to paint Simple Red Cloaks

One of the earliest Brush and Boltgun videos was a video on how to paint red cloaks, which used a slightly different method. After years of painting I think this is my favourite and simple method of painting cloaks. The effects look great, and the effort isn't as much as it looks when you see said cloaks.
