Cher is so incredible. People don't give her enough credit for her singing voice. It's deep, but it's so full of emotion and power, and she sure as hell knows how to use it! She's amazing!

She's managed to keep her music relevant and fresh all of these years, and as an actress she proved that she was the real deal in movies like "Silkwood", "Mask", and, of course, "Moonstruck", for which she won the Oscar. As a native New Yorker from Brooklyn, I can tell you she totally nailed Loretta Castorini. And, let's not forget, she has always been true to her roots... I can go on and on...

@anaili77777 I do not believe it is on an official album (only if someone had a bootleg of a concert perhaps) My fave Cher cover is "I'm No Angel" by Gregg Allman originally (she was married to him at one time). Also not on an album (sadly).
I seldom like a re make of a song. But Cher nails this , not better than Randy but just as good . Different . I only wish there was a non live album version I could down load. The backing vocals are in all her versions. And I think they fit great. Most Eagels songs are loaded with back up vocals.
whats with the disembodied voices coming out of the background...does not fit in or blend at all..god I almost think I d rather listen to glenn frey botch this tune...where s randy?????please.....

Glorified karaokee singer. No range what so ever. Powerful, but bland, no where near Eagles' versionin terms of feeling and voice range.
I don't know if anyone will ever do a better cover of the song than the Eagles...Honestly, the Eagles are still the best...
