Though there is a specific meaning behind the song, the beautiful thing about this song is that everyone can resonate with this song. We all make decisions and have to reckon with that eventually we all sometimes feel buried, like we're in our own graves. We've all been down to the bottom at one point or another.
I loved this reaction as well, I could tell how much you appreciated the song just on your expressions and body language alone not that many people allow themselves to get into music that they perhaps don't listen to themselves theres usually stigmas and stuff blocking it but this was genuine man respect.

check out Between the Buried and Me. their live in studio version of Extremophile Elite is a good song to introduce the band. They're a progressive metal band that love odd time signatures and polyrhythms. They also never mess up when playing live.. it's actually kinda weird haha.

Why does everyone sleep on My Only Home by them? Legit one of their best songs in my opinion.

Tear out my eyes is better in my humble opinion. I used to like that song, but after listening to all of Awakened My Only Home and Whispering Silence are the duds on that album. Just my opinion, yours is just as valid as mine. Cheers!

If you think this is impressive check out their song The Sound of Truth. It came out like 10 years ago but it's freaking fast, drums on point, guitar solo will blow your mind. My favorite song from this crazy band. Way ahead of their time...in my opinion. Great reaction
