Hi. Very informative video.
I’m not sure what I did but I only see one picture at the time and I don’t see all the thumbnails like before. How do I change that back?

Are you in the loupe view? That would only allow you to see one photo at a time. Hit the G key for grid. E takes you to the loupe view. Remember these key commands E = loupe D = Develop G = Grid. Here's a video that I made about helpful key commands. ua-cam.com/video/QgxV8vHsmic/v-deo.html

One other thingy hat might be going on is that the thumbnail zoom slider is zoomed to the max. The slider is in the lower right corner of the grid view.

Thanks for the info on thumbnails. How can I get a title or caption on the thumbnail?

All you need to do is control click (mac) or right click (pc) in the bottom part of the thumbnail frame and you will get a list of items that you can assign as the cation. The list includes all sorts of metadata such as Filename, Title, Caption, Filetype and much more
