I have two (one on EVE's dime due to a manufacturing defect) The new one has bugs and has become slow to respond after apple's latest IOS update. My Thread system has gone south since that update and I'm caught between Apple (they say normal behavior) Spectrum (they say its not their issue) and EVE (who keep sending me things to try) I think Apple's update messed up my THREAD network and has resulted in my devices responding slowly because they are no longer on THREAD, EVE's app shows the devices are on bluetooth! Its been weeks and many calls to Apple and traded emails with EVE and the issue persists. I don't know if this will ever be resolved..
Sounds like a poor After-Sales Service Experience. I've finally got access to the Early Access of the Matter firmware and I'll make a video about it soon. Theoretically, Matter only allows Bluetooth for the pairing process so it should steer devices back to Thread which might solve these problems.
have you ordered lewis everything presence one sensor? will there be a review on it?? I was just short of ordering it looking at the postage cost
I haven't ordered Lewis' sensors no... I'll take a look, but postage might be outrageous to ship to Australia
