    Try knuckle pushups to strengthen wrist and hands. Also tuck your elbows in for cleaner form.
    5 sets of 10 or 12 pushups with 1 min or 2 min in between
    Increase number of reps every weak
    Also breath every rep you do. Don’t hold in your breath. Try to breath through your nose
