Dear Dr, just after mrcp you will get gmc immediately after that; you dont need to wait; just a procedure of few weeks of documentations; regarding salary in UK, a consultant earn at least 85,000-120,000 GBP per annum and even more depending on your specialty;

I 've been studying Kaplan books and online videos for USMLE internal medicine intermittently and answred study cases from different sources over three years along with my study for local MD in pulmonology. Now i think about applying for MRCP next january but I have no idea next three months duration enough to start preparation from Q banks for step 1 or It is better to wait till next may .. mention warthing that May exam will coincide with holly Ramadan and test could be done for 6 hours while on absolute fasting

After a year internship you are eligible to sit for Part-1 Exam, To sit for the MRCP-2 Written, you just need to pass the Part-1 then you will be eligible for the Part 2 exam.
To sit before the PACES exam, you need a recommendation letter for one year that you were supervised under any MRCP holder. Apart from that you dont need any other experience to sit for the PACES exam.
Please note that Candidates must need a clinical attachment to pass the PACES exam.

yes my dear; MRCP is a postgraduate qualification after that, in uk, you will be posted as SpR; definitely st6 are more than that, cz you will be consultant, which is the highest p-ost in Uk compared to India/pakistan/bangladesh, where after PG, you have to go at least 8-10 years to get the highest post which is Professor; so definitely in UK system you will be a Consultant, just after 4-6 years of job;
