Ma’am, you are an administrative assistant probably making $55-$60,000 a year. 200,000 is not cheapening you it’s actually over valuing you.
Based in my experience, if you’re a candidate for men who make that kind of money, those men will select/find you. It’s not really something you can demand.
Unfortunately you have to put yourself out there. We need to stop fixating and demeaning people over money. It’s honestly a dishonest and small minded mindset. People have been setting financial standards on their partners for 100 years. People have every right to set financial standards especially since 100K is fairly easy for an educated individual to make. I only have a 4 year degree and I make around 135K. If I had gotten my masters I would probably be making 200K. A Doctorate, even more. I would want my partner to make the same as me or more. Would I shun my perfect match if they only made 75K? Probably not. It would depend on their character. I have watch too many men feel some sort of way eventually when the woman makes more money. If I was on this dating show I would set my financial expectations accordingly. Covid really put a dent in everyone’s dating opportunities. Social media and remote work have done their damage too. Put what you want out there in order for it, or rather them to find you. ♥️✌🏽🙏🏽

I fear that 'many' may be a little misleading. Im saying this as a young person who fought hard to get to 6 figures before 30 and now mentor new graduates who think landing 6 figure jobs is going to be easy.
But how many are young, black, athletic, and meet this young lady's standards for personality and attractiveness? She would have to date outside her race to even find someone within her age range, let alone all the other qualifiers for physical attractiveness. Im a software engineer, 15 years experience specializing in IOT development, make little under 100 in my day job and have other solutions in the market that bring in extra 140 annually.
Anyway, the only job that I know of that will pay you 200k immediately is Actuarial Science related jobs.
Also what I've noticed in my life is that by the time any job starts paying a guy 100+, he's likely already married, which is something I dont think ladies get, you would have better luck grabbing a potential 100K earner BEFORE he gets there.

I am a medical statistician and my first job was $47K (typical for an MD1-2 in most specialties) now Im at mid $100s 6 yrs in and my husband is a broadcast engineer just over $200K (no idea what he made out of college). The vast majority of non clinical MDs (my peer circle) cap out in the low $200Ks given specialty and industry. I know a few blue collar men who made around $200K at start but the jobs are transient and risky (ocean and sky related). Yes, the more specialized, the higher starting salary.

We are the highest earning couple, by far, in our friend group.

I myself am in IT and I've been taught that it's all about having valuable knowledge about the company's infrastructure. Basically this can be applicable to any tech jobs as simply being important to how a particular part of the company operates and ensuring you do it efficiently. Or similar to what you said, specialize!
