- I love my baked potatoes casserole recipe for so many reasons. A super easy and it takes almost no time to put together. Filled with seasoning turkey sausage, eggs and cheese. I added capsicums and onions, but these are optional. Be sure to use a baking dish that is deep enough to hold the casserole mixture. Enjoy dear viewers!
Ingredients:
5 golden potatoes
8 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 sweet yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 yellow capsicums
1/2 green capsicum
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1lb turkey breakfast sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Freshly chopped parsley leaves {optional}
