Awesome job bro it makes me wanna cut sime weight in my AWD wagon. I like how u also used the factory seal. Great work thanks for the video
Thank you bro! It's pretty simple tbh 🤷 easy and "cheap" way to cut down some weight 🤟
nice job
Thank bro dawg ❤️
Dam man; how did ya knowed all dat ?!! Make it look easy. Thanks , going out this week to get some sheets, doing a 68 Camaro old build drag car, resto. project. Got any tips on tints , do's & don'ts ? Did a great job, man dam !! I am going to look back at this when I start cutting . Thanks !
Hey man thank!! Tbh I just watched alot of YT video and decided to just send it and film it 😂.
The only thing I would have done differently is gluing the window instead of screws. I scratched some of the polycarbonate while piercing the selftaping screw. So be aware of this if you doing it like me
@@THPcars Thanks for that tip. My old windows have no rubber , so I might have to drill & screw, or come up with the rubber. Was thinking solar grey for windshield and dark gray for the rest. I just race 1/4 mi. Do u think thats to dark ? subbed !
thanks for the sub buddy! I saw some people use industrial Velcro instead of glue! That could be an option also. And about the "grey" are you talking about a tint ? @175
@@THPcars Interesting , industrial Velcro, thanks going to consider. That is how my wife describes my dog 🐈⬛. Tinted sheets of Lexan, don't want to go to dark on windshield.
@rader1175 yeah im sure that'd be perfect 👌
this is awesome gives me some ideas to do on my mk3 supra project! looks great dude. does the poly make a lot of heat in the cabin? I work with poly sometimes at work and practically made a green house/sauna once out of it
Thank dude!
About the heat I couldn't really say...
the car always sits in a garage and is mostly used on a race track. I dont really daily the car but on the racetrack I did not see any cabin heat difference
