Putting yay on viper has got to be team sabotage, especially when SScary on Viper was so clutch. If I'm the owner, I need some solid answers from the coach on his decision-making. Look at Loud's Less. He's a demon on Viper, and they figure out a way to work around that. Bleed needs to adapt the mantra of Aces in places. They need to put their best players in the roles they are best at. Once they develop proper communication and chemistry, then you can experiment. Until then, it makes no sense to get a new 5-man roster to play out of their comfort zone, when they aren't even comfortable with each other.

it wasnt role issues for c9 because they even dropped vanity because of their financial problems at the time
it was both, obviously they werent going to out and out say money issues, but they werent just gonna flat out lie to the fans, role issues were a massive factor in that team, and theyre extremely prevelant in bleed aswell
@@xmixdx7351 they weren't confident when telling that it was due to role issues,and they dropped vanity due to role issues (no offense but vanity played bad last year) since yay was literally the best player of 2022 c9 bought him for their arsenal but his pay was just too high man,bleed wasnt ready to play around yay because they didnt want bleed to become 2022 sentinels where they tried to build team around tenz who kept dropping in performance up until this year

C9 management got to take some blame because there was a lot of signs esports profitability is small and investment was gonna decline but they still went for yay anyway. It was a crazy gamble.

i think bleed should have just benched crazyguy but keep egoist then adding just zest to replace crazyguy which is definetly an upgrade and egoist looked like the best player for bleed in kickoff
It seems more like egoist wanted to leave to focus on uni so I don't think it was in bleeds control

You saw that vid where crazyguy had a pre-round call and everything happened exactly as he said? I think the real problem was the strats and tactics from the coaches in the first place, not from in-game calls and decisions. Like who the hell would put yay on Skye and Viper? You saw how passive he was with those agents?? They played 5 maps, and the only time yay made impact was the 2 maps that he was on duelists,l. Other 3, he didn't even get past 15 kills. Not counting kills, but does that sound good for a star player role?

Yay is in a similar position to Tenz before, post Reykjavík that man was struggling to find his footing since he could not play raze and had a very limiting agent pool. He needs to either find a team that can support his chamber/jett fully or adapt and learn different agents like Tenz
but in tenz case the team really want him as a duelist so they put tenz on jett only (since tenz can't play raze well), and starting to look better when they start letting him play kayo. I believe tenz is definitely a better flex than yay (but maybe it's also because yay lack experience playing other agent and just need more time)
yay always played a more anchoring role than an actual entry fragger ngl especially with how frequently he plays op, i think its actually a similar case to TenZ where hes not too comfortable with the duelist playstyle
My man CrazyGuy made a facebook post after that decision saying that he is not even sad he got benched because that is not the team he has been practicing with 💀, idk what they are thinking, the moment they got into franchise, they just immediately kicked the whole roster who dominated the lower tier ( they won vct without a single loss) and just try to put in 5 totally different player expecting them to work, delusional company...
I mean 2/5 had to leave for the army, I would give them a chance tbh the format is too harsh for their situation. Although I will say if they had money to spent idky they didn't go for top tier apac talents possibly with existing synergy instead of yay.

YaY cant play anthing els then Jett or Chamber thats the problem he still thinks the game is him on jett and an op killing everybody his stuck ways are the problem . There is no reason for anybody to pick him up for that reason when strats get more importent over time in ever game just naturaly your YaYs that refuces to adopt will just face out .
Its pro play, not a ranked. Expecting him to perform really well on support heavy support agents like Skye and Viper is in my opinion, very wrong.

Just to mention it: Yay got dropped from c9 but they way the contracts worked it was not possible for another team from Tier 1 to pick him up which riot has changed by now

Goes to show that just bc players are talented doesn’t mean they will play well. Any of the best teams all the players fit into their system and they work as a unit. It’s a very complicated game and with everyone continuing to get better the teams with the best cohesion tend to come out on top.
I don't get it with yay cause every other jett players were able to flex to other roles like tenz, demon1, etc.
Maybe because he's older he's slower to learn

If he only works unto the condition of playing maps where chamber is useful, he has no map pool now. Yeah, you CAN play chamber in Lotus. Is it good? Maybe. Maybe not. I don't think so tbh, mostly on Attack it's horrendous, in an attacker sided map.

I'm not saying yay is completely innocent when it comes to his performance but the coaches (or whoever decided what roles everyone would play) were definitely one of the reasons of yay's atrocious performance. Like on breeze where jett , forget being viable, they put yay on neon. On maps like sunset, lotus and split where both jett and chamber may not be meta but definitely viable, they put him on skye and viper; both he never played before on a match. Again I'm not saying the coaches where the sole reason, yay definitely has something going on in his own as he didn't really perform anything exceptional on the one map he played jett but starting to put him on his comfortable roles might help his with his situation a little bit

Ok here's the main problem, yay is not a duelist player, just forget about it. This guy won't do the job for you because he's not comfortable with playing entry fragger role. You have to put yay on sentinel role, something like cypher, deadlock, kj or chamber. What many people don't realise is that yay was playing as an anchor player in Optic and as we can see he is pretty good at watching the site. So the role that is close enough to chamber and anchor role is sentinel.
yays been a duelist player since the start of val wym bro sure he played chamber for a bit but that because he busted also he wasnt just anchoring sites he was a very aggressive chamber player
