Jai Sai Deepak is an example of when knowledge meets the heart for nationalism without beating around the bush, clarity more towards a staunch hardcore Hinduism. We know the Bharat which is often seen from the lens of India, which is often minus the actual Bharat values and a lot of divide and rule ploy. Akhand Bharat without Afghanistan is incomplete as per Sai and I agree. Thank you Dainik Jagran for roping in Sai Deepak.

Just because he stands for his Dharma and exposes the hyocrites, so he becomes biased. Wow! And do you really think that our Constitution is secular & democratic in true sense? Not at all. For example, compare Nupur Sharma's case (Nupur did nothing wrong, quoting a religious book is no offence) with Udaynidhi Stalin's case (who openly talks about the eradication of Sanatan Dharma), why still no action has been taken against Stalin? In one case, there is infringement of religious freedom , and in other case, there is freedom of speech. It just exposes the hypocrisy of our Judiciary. And for your kind information, the Congress had altered the Constitution undemocratically during 1970s Emergency. Hindus are 8th class citizens in this country. Waqf Act? Places of Worship Act? Why the UCC (Art. 44) has not been implemented till now? Our Constitution is not secular or democratic in true sense. And our Judiciary is weak and too slow. Alongwith constitutional values, more realistic insight and faster approach is required. J Sai Deepak is enough qualified to be the CJI. Hardly you will find a more knowledgeable, thoroughly learned and well-aware lawyer than JSD in this country. Accept it or not, it's your wish.
