The practice test doesn't warn me that I violate the rules. And while I was taking the test, I always put my face and my vision on the screen; and 2 days later, it could not be certified. In other words, the rules are way too abundant and strict, and I want this test to lessen the chance of violation in the future.
Same with my husband that’s so frustrating he has taken twice and he’s taking the third but we don’t know what’s the real problem he follows all the rules 😢
If your results got invalidated because you were “reading your responses” from somewhere or “didn’t look at the screen” for too long. Keep the following things in mind. I got my results invalidated twice. These are the things I did to get the valid result, the third time. 1. Take the test at night, so it is all quiet. 2. Keep your laptop at your arms’ length, so they can see more of the background. I was literally fully stretching my arms to write but the first two times I had the laptop near, my results were invalidated. Also, if you keep the laptop at arms length, the camera doesn't pick every slight eye movement and there are less chances of your results getting invalidated 3.Make sure that the camera is exactly at the level of your eyes and you are in the center of the frame. Use a scale to check that the camera is exactly at your eye level. Put something under your laptop if the camera is not the eyes’ level. 4. Also, I sat with a window in the background, so they could see all the reflection in the back and make sure there was no one around. You can keep a mirror in the back as well. 5. MOST IMPORTANT: close your eyes during the speaking sections or whenever you are not doing a task on screen. Just close your eyes, and speak so they know nobody is helping you out in any which way. whenever I had to take a break (after I was done with a question and there was still time left) and during the speaking sections, I closed my eyes. 6. You don’t have to look at the camera at all, only at screen. 7. Make a new login account on your computer, only for the test and use the app to take the test. So, there is nothing running in the background.

@@paullacatos2870 Many times, they give you another chance without you paying more. But it gets invalidated again, you usually have to pay again. You can always appeal and there are chances that they might give you another chance.
I took the duolingo english test after feeling scammed by toefl where i, due to some technical difficulties, could not take the test. But after hearing the stories of people getting their tests invalidated i was really scared and nervous while taking the test to the point where i focused more on looking at the screen than the actual questions. Luckily my test got certified on my first attempt with a score of 150/160. Although I would like to offer some feedback about the test. More specifically about the rule that you cannot look away from your screen, because focusing on the screen for a whole hour can be incredibly difficult, especially for people like me who instinctually looks away when i think or speak. Therefore i think a good alternative would be to do something similar to what toefl does with their home edition where you have to show the proctor a 360 degree view of your room/testing area before the test starts. That way the proctors can make sure that there are not any other materials within the test area that test takers could use to cheat on the test and it would allow you to be more lenient with people looking away from the screen.

I wrote the test a week ago and I was pretty nervous when I got a mail that my results were in. I took the test at home when nobody was around to ensure the environment remains quiet. Although I had glitches in my computer I still aced the test. I got a 135❤
I was disqualified because I had paper and pen on my table. During the test I did not look at that paper which is recorded. Was I tested for algebra or English language? Why Duolingo does not have live proctors who would remind me what objects they do not want to see on my table or around me? This approach is unfair and because refund it not possible, I consider this service as FRAUD.
I totally agree with you! I brought 2 tests in Duolingo and they told that I broke the rules of the tests. I used only ONE of the Two tests and now I can't use the other tests and I can't be refunded. Duolingo this is absurd. You are a fraud.

indeed, duolingo is a scam. I took the exam following all their rules and they said I was cheating... Worse thing. I don't even have a second chance to retake the exam, since they banned me FOR LIFE. I am seriusly considering suing them. .

This is the worst exam in my life. I took the test 7 times and did not get my results certified for the following rules and regulations “Don’t look far away from the screen blah blah.” Ha ha, I am educating people on what Duolingo is. I know some people in my country cheat during exams; however, their results are certified. When it comes to me, despite the fact I follow all the rules and stare at the screen, they always send a cliche message. I lost all my respect. I can teach some people what the rules are for Duolingo. It is a shame for them.

@@me_hanics I will apply for the next winter semester. Unfortunately, I still had to take IELTS because DET is not so common in Germany and I was very limited in my choice of universities. My IELTS result is 7, what is actually an equivalent for 130 for the DET, so at least we know now that DET is pretty accurate 😀
I have followed everything, and still, there is not certified on my email. I spent $118 until now. I am so fed up. I did duolingo because it was cheaper than others, but what's the point. Every program was shut like they showed here in this video. I am so frustrated now. Because of these problems, I may not get into my grad school anymore because I have been expecting my results within these days. Now I don't have energy to this. I did so well on all my exams, and still, I didn't get anything.

After that I focused the webcam directly during the entire exam without any movement (as a robot) and maintained the natural vocal rhythm. Finally I got my valid result. It's 105 and 120. So, I wish you the best! I know how hard it is. But don't give up!
I was concerned about breaking the rules by mistake but it is pretty simple, just do as said in the intrusions and don't take your eyes form the screen, it should be fine, thank you team for your great work!
I am not accepting these invalid results. I'm sitting in front of the camera with my shoulders raised. You can check the videos, and you can share the proofs of my exams to see where I made mistakes. While I am working as a delivery boy and have paid the fee, it is my humble request that you I want my results.
All of these suggestions don't apply to my situation. I have now been denied certification six times without any explanation from Duolingo. If this is what Duolingo's terms allow, doesn't that prove that Duolingo's terms are unfair and one-sided?

Hello, DET team, I think it is irony that you guess some speaking response is memorised or scripted! I gave the test and faced the issue to make my score uncertified. Even though I responded the speaking part instantly, but really confused how it considered as nemorised answer. It also left me in big trouble, I am not sure how I will respond in the coming speaking module. Is it considered from the answered texts or some gesture from the speaking video. I am not sure wheather I closed my eyes during some speaking. Waiting for your response.

I m not satisfied with the test rules. I passed an exam without using any program, I was alone in the room and during the test time I was looking only at the monitor, however my test was cancelled by the reason of allegedly I looked away from the screen for an extended period of time. I`m so disappointed ((
Always my test was uncertified because of my speaking test. I am so frustrated i don't know what to do. I gave my best while giving the test but also they uncertified my exam.Why doing this? At least you have to give low score instead saying uncertified or invalid.

I took the test 3 times and every time it was uncertified. 1) First it stated that I was not alone in the room, however I was alone throughout the test, nobody was home just my parrot making sounds in the other room. The Door was closed but still you know how shrill the birds sound. 2) The mouse slide and went up while I was typing and error pop up came in that pointer moved out of the window. I did not click anywhere neither did I close the application but still it was cancelled. 3) Now for the third time I retook and still it is not certified because "looked away from the screen for an extended period of time" I am really disheartened and shattered because I have limited time for my application and my tests are being rejected for something that I have not done. I have been loyal and honest with the test rules and requirements but don't know how to prove my point 😢😢

I retook the test again, my eyes got dried, started itching but I didn't look away from the screen. I tried to look at the screen as much as possible.

yeah same problem happened with me, i don't know is it reviewed by real humans or by AI because human's can understand the efforts and honesty we are putting during test. i got rejected because of it was saying i was looked away from screen for long periods but the fact i was sticking my eyes only on screen.
This is scam!!!! I personally closed all programs on my computer and yet they told that my test can't be certified because there were opened programs. They did this twice!!! And now, I got no results and i losed my money!!
My test gets invalidate reason that I looked away from the screen for the extended time of period but I just looked down while typing and I recived this issue 5 times. I thik Duolingo should look into this issue or provide us right way to resolve this problem. I also reported this issue with support chat but unfortunately they were not able to help me out.

Don't let negative comments deter you from taking the test. I followed all the guidelines, closed my eyes during the speaking section, and scored 135 on my first attempt. This test is valid; those reporting invalid results may not be following instructions or might be using unfair means. Trust the process, go through the rules, and practice, and you will get valid test results. You have got this!

I took the exam once and I got certified. Do not wander you eye and look outside the screen. Disengage your mouse, use your touchpad. You might accidentally elbow your mouse into oblivion. Boom, fail.
I took the test 6 times every time I got invalid result. 4 times i got the security issue. But i don’t use any other program and no one in that room at test time. I already spent a lot of money and time for the test. Please give a valid result. It's frustrating when i follow the rules after I get an invalid result and the people who cheat they even get a valid result.Hopefully Duolingo will give me a valid result without working for business $$. Please provide a video concerning the registration process. I'm confused, will I show my ID card just at the beginning of the test? Actually, my PC camera is not so HD, and my face I think would'nt be so visible to the Proctor. What should i do? Should I also need an HD camera?
You gave details about all issues but not really about the one for which many legit students are suffering. We couldn't proof that you have done the written section independently. The "Learn More" section has suggestion which really doesn't help to avoid this. Would strongly recommend to do a video on this particular issue. I know many will get benefitted if you truly can state what to exactly maintain to avoid this issue
I took the test yesterday and today I received an email asking me to resubmit my ID because they were unable to verify my identity. I tried to do it but they are still not able to verify my ID. I contacted the support team asking them if they could provide me with a link through which I could send a scan of my passport. Now I'm worried about my results that I'm supposed to receive tomorrow.
I took my exam last week. But my result came invalid for a simple reason. The reason was, As far as I can remember, I pressed the keyboard 1/2 time during the exam when it was not necessary to press the keyboard. It is a natural problem. Cause I didn't do it on purpose. Perhaps, the pressure on the hand is mistakenly applied while doing the hand massage. And that's why they are band my account. So now what should i do?

Hi, my test was rejected due to allegedly ‘unallowed use of another program, software or window during the test’, but I didn't open any other software besides the test itself. I even tried to close any possible background software, that might have been interfering with the test, over the task menu. I cannot imagine why my test was rejected. Can you give me any clue what might have happened that my test wasn't verified?
It is a scam test, Friday I did the test, Sunday night (do they even work on Sundays?) I got a message that I used proofreading, to help me which isn't true, just for one second I pressed wrong English to Pinyin shortcut and quickly reset it, if the team watches the whole video they can see I didn't use any aid. I sent application and system logs they don't reply and they banned me from retesting. It seems to me they have a very small team not active most of the time and everything is automated. I tried to call them five times, sent three emails and also no reply. The worst company in the history of mankind. Complete and utter garbage. Don't do this test, your money will be gone and they will try to find faux reasons to take your money and not give you any results. The people who reply positively are probably paid actors.

You have to turn off every apps in startup apps settings,Then uninstall antivirus in your system,Then turn off all notification in notification settings.
Guys please do not take this test. It’s a humble request. I just recently gave the test and I had the worst experience. The test result was not certified even after following every rule. There was no one at home, I didn’t break any of the rule and they still saying that you looked away from the screen for an extended period of time. But I am 100 percent sure that I didn’t remove my eye from the screen even for a second then how is it even possible. They are more like a scammer. Because you not have any way to clarify or challenge you results

Hey Caroline ,, thanks for the video and i do have a strange question ,, am living in a place where electricity can be so tricky and we have an external power supply but if the electricity goes off while am taking the test for a moment the lights will goes off too , its only for a second but i am pretty sure Duolingo team wont be able to see me for that 1 second. Would it be a problem? is it possible for to get a quick response ? I would love to take the test today.

I took the test 3 times 1st time the test was invalid stating that i opened another application even though i didn't😟 2nd time again the test result was invalid stating that I looked away for extended time And 3rd time the test was invalid again stating that i read from a written response, but i looked at the camera directly during speaking. 😩😕 This isn't fair, and the application deadline for universities are closing next week. Hi! Good question. So the memorization tip is in regards to memorizing entire paragraphs or templates for spoken responses. Of course, memorizing vocabulary, grammar rules, and much more is part of learning a language! But oftentimes we see test takers who recite word-for-word responses to speaking questions that they have memorized from test prep websites, and this is not allowed. Your response must be original and relevant to the task. We are looking for your ability to respond spontaneously to a question, since this is the type of language skill you'll need in an academic setting. Hope this helps clarify!

Is it fair to all those test takers who belong to the countries where english is not their primary language not to get certified their test result just because they didn't speak spontaneously without memorizing anything? Deduction of score for over thinking and memorizing instead of disqualifying would definitely reduce the frustration and depression of test takers who are going through this particular issue for multiple times.
I got it 120-Overall score in my DET but my production Score is 85. Am I eligible for taking admission in university?... To anyone thinking about buying a test credit, don't take this test. Too great a room for error and really opaque review process. You can get disqualified for the most random things. Better off taking TOEFL or IELTS. You'll be doing yourself a favor.

I've tried to take the test for the second time this week and I just received the same broken rules message. aparently I violated the rule number one. to look away the screen for too long. I was aware of the rule and took care to not brake it. at my first attempt I was relaxed and maybe I unintentionally broke the rule, so it could be legit. At my second attenpt I literally didn't move my neck and tryed to maintain my gaze on the screen all the time, and I'm sure I was quite successful. I'm not sure I could make it better, but despite that, my test was uncertified. I believe there was a mistake, otherwise, how could someone be able to get certified if the mere involuntary movement of eyes could invalidate your exam? I'm really mad. that was an awful experience.
I gave DET exam at least 3 times but all the time my test is uncertified and reason was reading the response but I had no anything with me and I was focused on screen continually, so I don’t understand what I do for this problem. Please help me.
Hi! It depends on the situation and the reason your test was not certified. Purposefully cheating on the test can result in stricter consequences than an accidental situation. Consequences for rule breaking range from having to test again on the same credit, to having to purchase a new test credit, to being banned from taking the test again. I took DET twice in last last week both the time the test got rejected and reason was environment not private , For this in both attempts I make sure my room was private , i closed the door , took test around 2:00 AM in night even shut down devices that make white sound but still my exam attempts where rejected , I need my score as I am applying for University and deadlines are closing in , if possible how to make sure that environment is private I am following all the suggestion mentioned on site but still my attempts are rejected and reason is very general what to do to make sure that my next attempt isnt be rejected specially regarding the private environment issue .

Respected Sir/Madam, I received my results and I was given comment that I was not having proper eye contact during examination. Respectfully I would like to highlight that I have given my test as per standard guidelines and under the rules of the examination. Please help me, I'm in trouble with English intermediate learning. 2. End everything in Task Manager (or taskkill command in CMD if you want to be super cool)

4. Make the browser fullscreen

The practice test doesn't warn me that I violate the rules. And while I was taking the test, I always put my face and my vision on the screen; and 2 days later, it could not be certified. In other words, the rules are way too abundant and strict, and I want this test to lessen the chance of violation in the future.

If your results got invalidated because you were “reading your responses” from somewhere or “didn’t look at the screen” for too long. Keep the following things in mind. I got my results invalidated twice. These are the things I did to get the valid result, the third time.
1. Take the test at night, so it is all quiet.
2. Keep your laptop at your arms’ length, so they can see more of the background. I was literally fully stretching my arms to write but the first two times I had the laptop near, my results were invalidated. Also, if you keep the laptop at arms length, the camera doesn't pick every slight eye movement and there are less chances of your results getting invalidated
3.Make sure that the camera is exactly at the level of your eyes and you are in the center of the frame. Use a scale to check that the camera is exactly at your eye level. Put something under your laptop if the camera is not the eyes’ level.
4. Also, I sat with a window in the background, so they could see all the reflection in the back and make sure there was no one around. You can keep a mirror in the back as well.
5. MOST IMPORTANT: close your eyes during the speaking sections or whenever you are not doing a task on screen. Just close your eyes, and speak so they know nobody is helping you out in any which way. whenever I had to take a break (after I was done with a question and there was still time left) and during the speaking sections, I closed my eyes.
6. You don’t have to look at the camera at all, only at screen.
7. Make a new login account on your computer, only for the test and use the app to take the test. So, there is nothing running in the background.

@@paullacatos2870 Many times, they give you another chance without you paying more. But it gets invalidated again, you usually have to pay again. You can always appeal and there are chances that they might give you another chance.
I took the duolingo english test after feeling scammed by toefl where i, due to some technical difficulties, could not take the test. But after hearing the stories of people getting their tests invalidated i was really scared and nervous while taking the test to the point where i focused more on looking at the screen than the actual questions. Luckily my test got certified on my first attempt with a score of 150/160.
Although I would like to offer some feedback about the test. More specifically about the rule that you cannot look away from your screen, because focusing on the screen for a whole hour can be incredibly difficult, especially for people like me who instinctually looks away when i think or speak. Therefore i think a good alternative would be to do something similar to what toefl does with their home edition where you have to show the proctor a 360 degree view of your room/testing area before the test starts. That way the proctors can make sure that there are not any other materials within the test area that test takers could use to cheat on the test and it would allow you to be more lenient with people looking away from the screen.

I urge Duolingo to reevaluate its test evaluation process and provide transparency in handling candidates' results. I wrote the test a week ago and I was pretty nervous when I got a mail that my results were in. I took the test at home when nobody was around to ensure the environment remains quiet. Although I had glitches in my computer I still aced the test. I got a 135❤
I was disqualified because I had paper and pen on my table. During the test I did not look at that paper which is recorded. Was I tested for algebra or English language? Why Duolingo does not have live proctors who would remind me what objects they do not want to see on my table or around me? This approach is unfair and because refund it not possible, I consider this service as FRAUD.

This is the worst exam in my life. I took the test 7 times and did not get my results certified for the following rules and regulations “Don’t look far away from the screen blah blah.” Ha ha, I am educating people on what Duolingo is.
I know some people in my country cheat during exams; however, their results are certified. When it comes to me, despite the fact I follow all the rules and stare at the screen, they always send a cliche message.

@@me_hanics I will apply for the next winter semester. Unfortunately, I still had to take IELTS because DET is not so common in Germany and I was very limited in my choice of universities. My IELTS result is 7, what is actually an equivalent for 130 for the DET, so at least we know now that DET is pretty accurate 😀

I have followed everything, and still, there is not certified on my email. I spent $118 until now. I am so fed up. I did duolingo because it was cheaper than others, but what's the point. Every program was shut like they showed here in this video. I am so frustrated now. Because of these problems, I may not get into my grad school anymore because I have been expecting my results within these days. Now I don't have energy to this. After that I focused the webcam directly during the entire exam without any movement (as a robot) and maintained the natural vocal rhythm. Finally I got my valid result. It's 105 and 120. So, I wish you the best! I know how hard it is. But don't give up!

Hello, DET team, I think it is irony that you guess some speaking response is memorised or scripted! I gave the test and faced the issue to make my score uncertified. Even though I responded the speaking part instantly, but really confused how it considered as nemorised answer. It also left me in big trouble, I am not sure how I will respond in the coming speaking module. Is it considered from the answered texts or some gesture from the speaking video. I am not sure wheather I closed my eyes during some speaking. Waiting for your response.

I m not satisfied with the test rules. I passed an exam without using any program, I was alone in the room and during the test time I was looking only at the monitor, however my test was cancelled by the reason of allegedly I looked away from the screen for an extended period of time. I`m so disappointed ((

Let me express my dissatisfaction with a result that i received today. That was my second attempt . For the first time the result came "uncertified" you looked away where i didn't. The help team suggested to retake , it was not a big deat to me for no additional cost so i retook. For my astonishment, the second result came with the same message. I took the test 3 times and every time it was uncertified.
1) First it stated that I was not alone in the room, however I was alone throughout the test, nobody was home just my parrot making sounds in the other room. The Door was closed but still you know how shrill the birds sound.
2) The mouse slide and went up while I was typing and error pop up came in that pointer moved out of the window. I did not click anywhere neither did I close the application but still it was cancelled.
3) Now for the third time I retook and still it is not certified because "looked away from the screen for an extended period of time"
I am really disheartened and shattered because I have limited time for my application and my tests are being rejected for something that I have not done. I have been loyal and honest with the test rules and requirements but don't know how to prove my point 😢😢

Don't let negative comments deter you from taking the test. I followed all the guidelines, closed my eyes during the speaking section, and scored 135 on my first attempt. This test is valid; those reporting invalid results may not be following instructions or might be using unfair means. Trust the process, go through the rules, and practice, and you will get valid test results. You have got this!

I took the exam once and I got certified. Do not wander you eye and look outside the screen. Disengage your mouse, use your touchpad. You might accidentally elbow your mouse into oblivion. Boom, fail.
I took the test 6 times every time I got invalid result. 4 times i got the security issue. But i don’t use any other program and no one in that room at test time. I already spent a lot of money and time for the test. Please give a valid result. You gave details about all issues but not really about the one for which many legit students are suffering. We couldn't proof that you have done the written section independently. The "Learn More" section has suggestion which really doesn't help to avoid this. Would strongly recommend to do a video on this particular issue. I know many will get benefitted if you truly can state what to exactly maintain to avoid this issue
I took the test yesterday and today I received an email asking me to resubmit my ID because they were unable to verify my identity. I tried to do it but they are still not able to verify my ID.

I took my exam last week. But my result came invalid for a simple reason. The reason was, As far as I can remember, I pressed the keyboard 1/2 time during the exam when it was not necessary to press the keyboard. It is a natural problem. Cause I didn't do it on purpose. Perhaps, the pressure on the hand is mistakenly applied while doing the hand massage. And that's why they are band my account. So now what should i do?

Hi, my test was rejected due to allegedly ‘unallowed use of another program, software or window during the test’, but I didn't open any other software besides the test itself. I even tried to close any possible background software, that might have been interfering with the test, over the task menu. I cannot imagine why my test was rejected. Can you give me any clue what might have happened that my test wasn't verified?
It is a scam test, Friday I did the test, Sunday night (do they even work on Sundays?) I got a message that I used proofreading, to help me which isn't true, just for one second I pressed wrong English to Pinyin shortcut and quickly reset it, if the team watches the whole video they can see I didn't use any aid. I sent application and system logs they don't reply and they banned me from retesting. It seems to me they have a very small team not active most of the time and everything is automated. I tried to call them five times, sent three emails and also no reply. The worst company in the history of mankind. Complete and utter garbage. Don't do this test, your money will be gone and they will try to find faux reasons to take your money and not give you any results. The people who reply positively are probably paid actors.

There was no one at home, I didn’t break any of the rule and they still saying that you looked away from the screen for an extended period of time.
But I am 100 percent sure that I didn’t remove my eye from the screen even for a second then how is it even possible.
They are more like a scammer.

Let me express my dissatisfaction with a result that i received today. That was my second attempt . For the first time the result came "uncertified" you looked away where i didn't. The help team suggested to retake , it was not a big deat to me for no additional cost so i retook. For my astonishment, the second result came with the same message. Now i cannot give for appeal my result as the help team gave me one more chance which im not willing to take. I know there are many cheaters but not me.

Hey Caroline ,, thanks for the video and i do have a strange question ,, am living in a place where electricity can be so tricky and we have an external power supply but if the electricity goes off while am taking the test for a moment the lights will goes off too , its only for a second but i am pretty sure Duolingo team wont be able to see me for that 1 second. Would it be a problem?

This kind of error pop up so can i give speaking test with closed eyes.

I took the test 3 times
1st time the test was invalid stating that i opened another application even though i didn't😟
2nd time again the test result was invalid stating that I looked away for extended time
And 3rd time the test was invalid again stating that i read from a written response, but i looked at the camera directly during speaking. 😩😕
This isn't fair, and the application deadline for universities are closing next week. I have been taking these tests for a week now. I am frustrated and i can't understand what to do next. Hi! Good question. So the memorization tip is in regards to memorizing entire paragraphs or templates for spoken responses. Of course, memorizing vocabulary, grammar rules, and much more is part of learning a language! But oftentimes we see test takers who recite word-for-word responses to speaking questions that they have memorized from test prep websites, and this is not allowed. Your response must be original and relevant to the task. We are looking for your ability to respond spontaneously to a question, since this is the type of language skill you'll need in an academic setting. Hope this helps clarify!

Is it fair to all those test takers who belong to the countries where english is not their primary language not to get certified their test result just because they didn't speak spontaneously without memorizing anything? Deduction of score for over thinking and memorizing instead of disqualifying would definitely reduce the frustration and depression of test takers who are going through this particular issue for multiple times.

To anyone thinking about buying a test credit, don't take this test. Too great a room for error and really opaque review process. You can get disqualified for the most random things.
Better off taking TOEFL or IELTS. You'll be doing yourself a favor.

I've tried to take the test for the second time this week and I just received the same broken rules message. aparently I violated the rule number one. to look away the screen for too long. I was aware of the rule and took care to not brake it. at my first attempt I was relaxed and maybe I unintentionally broke the rule, so it could be legit. At my second attenpt I literally didn't move my neck and tryed to maintain my gaze on the screen all the time, and I'm sure I was quite successful. I'm not sure I could make it better, but despite that, my test was uncertified. I believe there was a mistake, otherwise, how could someone be able to get certified if the mere involuntary movement of eyes could invalidate your exam? I'm really mad. that was an awful experience.

Consequences for rule breaking range from having to test again on the same credit, to having to purchase a new test credit, to being banned from taking the test again. I took DET twice in last last week both the time the test got rejected and reason was environment not private , For this in both attempts I make sure my room was private , i closed the door , took test around 2:00 AM in night even shut down devices that make white sound but still my exam attempts where rejected , I need my score as I am applying for University and deadlines are closing in , if possible how to make sure that environment is private I am following all the suggestion mentioned on site but still my attempts are rejected and reason is very general what to do to make sure that my next attempt isnt be rejected specially regarding the private environment issue .

I received my results and I was given comment that I was not having proper eye contact during examination.
Respectfully I would like to highlight that I have given my test as per standard guidelines and under the rules of the examination. I am not that good with computers so I was looking at my right for the mouse and it was counted as the cheating. Kindly review my examination once again for the confirmation.
