This worked!!! I want to encourage others to follow these ladies advice. I have been following both for awhile. I watched this video on Saturday and came up with affirmations unique to my limitations concerning self concept and relationship assumptions. not only have exes returned as I worked on a SP, but one ex in particular wrote me out of the blue the same day I did these affirmationss. one of mine is: "I am the leading lady" and he asked me out that night. It was so bad in the past, that I had low expectations of what would come of it, simply practicing letting me show up and take me out. well, I was in shock as he totally treated me like a queen on that date; so attentive, and spoiled me. in fact, he was so amazing and I remembered why I had liked him in the past. HE is my new SP! I am noticing since we have a history some old things coming up, so I am needing to continue these practices. thank you!
Oh yes I remembered him always reassuring me. He even told me not to be scared about anything because he's always here for me and with me. Aww. That's my man

That's so true, in some moments it's better to just spit the affirmations out, even angrily or desperately, just to shut up the other thoughts and then usually after a few minutes it gets better and you can slow down :D

That is my current situation & I keep going into scenarios of past hurt & breakups, reconciling etc. I’ve recently changed my focus to my self concept & adhering to strict mental diet. I too realized I could manifest him anytime. He wasn’t going far. However I knew needed to change my own self perception & my perception of him. I have a lot going on in my life at this time. It’s all good. I need to improve my belief about money. This video really helped me so much. Thank you Shelly for your understanding & explaining manifestation. I love all the information that you guys have. The one and I hate to use this word roadblock I'm running into. I created this relationship, I manifested my SP and she really is a beautiful amazing caring woman 3 years ago. But since, when we met she had already filed for divorce and since then her ex has done everything possible to stall it and screw her around, then she came down with thyroid cancer. This is her third cancer in 5 years so she has been very sick for well over a year and a half, she lives in another state and is still stuck living with her ex currently, as being sick and installing she really has nowhere to go. I know that I create my own reality, but for some reason this situation just has me at a loss I guess because there's cancer involved. I know full well how much she loves me, but having gone through these illnesses with relatives and Friends people do change while they're sick. I know others would yell at me telling me what I'm doing wrong LOL, and I know full well what I'm doing wrong I just don't know how to turn it around circumstances being what they are, and knowing that they don't matter. But still LOL

That's before I knew that words have power. Thoughts are powerful. Although hurt, I feel so bad because I feel that I caused it and feels that I can't change it back.
Generally I prefer to visualize someone new, an ideal and new SP. But that's only my way of approaching life. It depends on the goal one has. Going back to the previous one or moving on. I walked away, he was an avoidant so I prefer to create a brand new relationship.
What about re creating more for that person. Like stability, going to school, financial stability, healing of childhood wounds for your specific person?
I'd say just affirm but don't tell him. I tried motivating a guy to do more once, this was before I knew about manifesting. He didn't react well. He was perfectly happy being a lazy unmotivated scrub. So affirm but don't let him know. It can work.

Try changing your story you tell yourself. Instead of focusing on the abandonment issues, recreate the story and focus on that. I have issues with that as well and it seems to help me. I don't tell myself I was abandoned by my Dad anymore. Also, when you feel yourself clinging to them, turn inward and focus on yourself and how you're the one ppl cling to and are afraid to lose.
How do I get past believing they are this version I don’t want? I can do mental diet but I keep going back to not believing he can be any different than who he is now. And then I think it’s too hard and too much work to change him so should I let him go and manifest someone new? We are married and have a baby. I’d love to have the guy I married but I can’t live life with this version of him anymore. I want more, better...and I know I deserve so much more than this. I won’t settle for these crumbs anymore. I just don’t know if he can ever be different 😟
