You should try BC cleaner pro. It works great, and you can downstream it. It is very strong. I service Culliver restaurants in Jacksonville it decreases and cleans sidewalks very well. no mixing no spraying by spray bottles anymore better for time. Good luck man.
Hi Ace.. have you ever tried pure sodium hydroxide in water maybe with a little surfactant on decreasing jobs? I've seen another industry professional do that with decent results. It would be nice to see how his method compares to packaged degreasers.
How do you get commercial customers and keep them and do a contract I just started doing my own PW business please get back to me I’m really wanting to do as many commercial properties as possible.
Awesome results Bro! I might be picking up some restaurant work soon, I’ll have to find some caustic degreaser for sure! And I’m cold water only so I’ll need all the help i can get! 😉 You got a new sub and notified! Stay grindin! 💪🏽
Hey Ace, is that spray pump a 2 gal? And if so, looks like u filled it to about half capacity (1 gallon). Is that because u didnt need 2 gals worth to do the job?
I am starting my pressure washing business in one week. I have all my equipment and chemicals ready. A job I currently have coming up involves and oil stain they would like to get up. I am very transparent with them in the aspect of that it may not fully come up as concrete is very poris and oil stains penetrate really deep while pressure washing cleans the surface. So I currently am planning on using a degreaser mix first, to scrub it into the oil stain, spray the rest of the driveway with a 5% mix for concrete. giving it 15 minutes of dwell time, and then going over it with my surface cleaner. Will this ratio of 0.25 degreaser to 0.75 water in 1 gallon be ideal for this?
I really need to know if this would work on motor oil on residential drive ways and gas station cement, concrete. I trying pull a station job need to clean it best I can. Thank you
He’s is a restaurant owner that I do a lot of work for, so I didn’t charge him what I would have charged a 1 time customer. This is easily a $350-400 job. So just know I came in a little under that
@@GiovanniGiorgo Number one your paying to much for the already made degreaser, buy the sodium hydroxide beads 50.00 for a 50lb bag, instead of taking a hr to manually apply with pump up sprayer downstream the desired strength

Amazing. Thanks for your heard work.
Really really appreciate this video- question- what are at least 3 “Selling Points” you give to new prospective clients?
Not sure about 3 but I would sell them on, monthly maintenance because of foot traffic and oil. Don’t want to look dirty and don’t want nobody to fall

I have not. I need to do more research

I literally walked up, ask for the owner/manager and told him what I can do for him. Give them a good price and ask to do it on a schedule.
Great work!
Thanks
Quick question for you . You said you were gonna post treat. With SH or one more layer of the degreaser no rinse?
I post treated with SH
@@ACEContractingServices Appreciate the information, what % SH did you use if you don't mind me asking? Spots looked real dirty.
@@Cccrrreeaacchhh
I used brown degreaser from PowerWashStore to pretreat and SH from Leslie’s pool to post treat

If you have a PowerWasStore in your area, it’s called brown degreaser

It’s a 1.5 gallon. And yes I didn’t need but that much.

Depends how long the oil stain has been down on the concrete. I would start at 50/50
What wand and tip did you use here?
Short 12” lance, just a regular gun from my local PW store, a ball valve and a j-rod for a 4 gallon machine
I'm 18 and have been thinking about starting a pressure washing business. If I do your videos will be a massive help. You are a very underated UA-camr
I’m just trying to help.
I wish I had me when I was just starting
What did you post treat with?
The same I pretreat with.
Will this work on drive way and gas station to remove oil from concrete

Yes
Hey bro did you use hot water?
Nope, cold water.
I can’t justify getting a hot water, not enough jobs need it
How much did you charge?

Gotcha, thanks for the info. Great vid!
Should you put degreaser on a driveway like on every driveway you do
No, only when you have non-organic stains like oil
What do these people do just dump grease out the back door
Looks like it huh. I think it should have been sealed on day 1
wasting time let me know i'll help you out
What would you do differently?

10 lbs beads equals 5 gallons water
cuts almost all grease
