How did it turn out after it all dried?

Ive been surface cleaning for about 7 months as a business. Turned down a couple house washes because i dont have a setup like most of the long time guys with tanks and whatnots. Have a family friend asking to pressure was his house and i told him he should do a softwash in it. So he asked me to do it. Im giving him a half off for it being my 1st house and ill be using a pump sprayer just like this.

What's the solution you use? And did you use a pressure washer before or something else? Asking these questions because I'm gonna borrow my girlfriend's dad's surface cleaner to do our driveway so I can gain experience and once I get my LLC, I'm going to add that as a service along with winow and gutter cleaning.

A complete waste of $60 and time. I bought F9 to remove efflo on my flagstone based reviews on line and the recommendations from F9 customers service. When the product did not work, the lead at F9, Craig, suggested that I apply F9 directly (w/o diluting it). I followed all the instructions on the label and had sent him several before and after pics. When applying F9 directly did not work, F9/Craig suggested "media blasting"! When I contacted F9/Craig for a refund, he gave me a lot of excuses - improper equipment, user error, should have called a professional, etc. The distributor (WCR) also gave me a lot of excuses. VERY disappointing!

Paying $4 a gallon here in South Carolina but it gets delivered. If I want to pick it up it's the same price. I used to work down in Jacksonville and it was two dollars

You should try BC cleaner pro. It works great, and you can downstream it. It is very strong. I service Culliver restaurants in Jacksonville it decreases and cleans sidewalks very well. no mixing no spraying by spray bottles anymore better for time. Good luck man.

I've been adding 9 oz 10% SH plus 2 oz laundry soap per gallon in a pump sprayer. Dwell time is usually 10-20 minutes. Cleaning mostly hardy plank and gutters. Rinsing with garden hose. I do window cleaning and integrate this in as an upsell. I'm a newb but overall results have been good to great.

I'm a RESIDENTIAL homeowner in Merritt Island, FL with +2yr old white gutters that became dinghy with pronounced tiger stripes from lots of rain & hurricane weather. After researching +50 UA-cams & websites concerning every gutter cleaner imaginable, I kept coming around to LA TOTALLY AWESOME, as the chemicals are not harsh. I gave it a shot, and IT WORKED INCREDIBLY WELL!!!! So here's the skinny based on my experience: 1) DILUTE 1:5 as directions show on label for oxidation. 2) Pick a very cloudy/moist day, as I did today, so that you can spray & brush agitate longer gutter lengths, ie., 20-30 feet. If sunny & VERY warm, you have to do shorter lengths so the chemical DOES NOT DRY ON THE GUTTER, keeping in mind that BRUSHING IS VITAL TO LIFT THE TIGER STRIPES OFF COMPLETELY. ACTUALLY, I HAND BRUSHED THE SIDES & BOTTOMS QUICKLY TWICE (WITHIN 10 MINUTES) 3) I THOROUGHLY rinsed the gutters, soffits, windows, walls, pavers/pool deck below. NOTE: I didn't pre-spray the gutters because they didn't require pre-cleaning & it was a moist, cloudy day. BOTTOM LINE: I purchased a 20oz. General Store bottle for $1.09, diluted it 1:5 and it only took 2/3 of the LA bottle for our lovely, one level home. I could have spend $50-60 for the gallon commercial grade gutter cleaners, but I wanted to experiment & keep it simple. LIKE THEY SAY, SOONER OR LATER YOU MAY HAVE TO REPAINT GUTTERS IF YOU VIOLATE THE RULES ABOVE with concentrated commercial chemicals. LA TOTALLY AWESOME work extremely well! It took a bit of BRUSH work, but every competing brand requires brushing as well for the best results. It was so worth going this route with a safe chemical combination! REMEMBER: DILUTE, BRUSH AGITATE WELL, SHADY DAY!!!, & <10MIN CONTACT, RINSE EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY, ENJOY RESULTS!
